I have stayed here several times and other hotels in the same chain and I like this hotel as I don't need to be in the centre of Tokyo and there is everything I need nearby including the pool and the gym. Plus the airport limousines stop there.

An absolutely beautiful hotel! The staff was extremely professional at their job. The room was cleaned immaculately! I would never stay here again. I was charged 45 USD to spend 50 minutes at a swimming pool in the rain. Had I known it was $45, had I known the dayshift did not roll into the night shift, I would not have gone to the pool. The pool is beautiful. But this situation tainted my opinion of the hotel and I was happy to leave.

Defined outdated hotel. Both room and hotel. Pool is nice but also could use some cosmetic retouch. Note that there is a fee for outdoor pool of 6000 per person and a separate fee for indoor facilities. Expedia wrongly advertise 2000 yen per person all facilities so the property honored that for us, but if I had to pay the real amount asked it won't be worth a stay. All in all will never go there again:)

Great hotel in good location with very helpful staff. Really nice rooms. Good transport links for exploring the city. Really nice neighbourhood with some great restaurants. Close to a 7-Eleven. Also has a convenient Disney transfer coach for guests.

Too pricey for the offered service

Great breakfast and cleaning, that's it what is good. Room is big but furniture is old and not enough storage despite the quiet big room size! Staff knowledge of English is quite poor.. I stayed at 3 star hotel and people there knew English better. Location is quite but to see most iconic places will require some travel, there is not much nearby. You need to pay for almost everything.

Expedia should inform there guest that the swimming pool charges guest 20,000 yen per person from 1pm to 5pm only. What a rip off. Expedia should be aware of this and but on their website that a surcharge to use pool applies.

Location is conveniently close to transportation, grocery store, and convenience stores, as well as restaurants. The area is spacious where you can relax outside the hotel and just take in the view. My family and I enjoyed this hotel the most. The buffet breakfast is phenomenal. We could not believe the quality of food they offered with wide range of choices. The traditional Japanese rooms were adorable.
