A typical 3 star japanese hotel not far from metro lines. frequented mostly by rather large and somewhat loud guests from across the sea of japan.breakfast is good.
This was an awesome place to stay. It was in a nice quiet area that was a short walk to the subway and not far from all the must see locations in Tokyo and only 20 minutes from Disney. Our room included breakfast so that was a nice bonus. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Tokyo.
Very clean and tidy room and the bathtub is big enough. Rich and various buffet breakfast. Location is the only disadvantage as it is 12 minutes walking time far away from the subway.
Pros
- Nice interior. Newly renovated
- Friendly staff. With English Speaking personnel
- Spacious compared to other hotels
- Clean rooms
- Complete toiletries with bathrobe and slippers
- Convenience store inside hotel
- Can request iron board
Cons
- Far from subway station (15 min walk)
- No free water
- Small toilet
- No cabinet for clothing storage
- Not enough pillows. One pillow per person
- Room Smells like cigarettes
- Staff forgot to lock our room after cleaning. (But the manager apologized and nothing was stolen)

Average hotel stay nothing special at this hotel room had dusty on the shelf over the beds
We needed a place close to Tsukiji so we could visit the auction very early in the morning. This hotel worked out great. Just a 10 minute walk to the visitors center. Also it has the best free breakfast. Comfortable, clean rooms. Great staff. In fact we liked it so much that we booked additional nights. The location is in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Plenty of conveniences and public transport close by.
breakfast buffet was good in intention, poor in service. most of the food was gone (eggs , soup, curry) and not looked after. check in relied on an ipad system that was very clunky , eventually they made you do it all again on paper
Older Japanese Style hotel, built in the 70's & 80's so starting to look aged. The breakfast was a buffet of Japanese and European Fare, with plenty of choice and good quality. If you have not used a Japanese bathroom then this is an experience, so is great if you want to try new things.
Good value for money in that area of Tokyo. Can recommend.
However, as a launch pad for elsewhere in the city, I'd recommend other areas, even if more expensive, for trips back after trains close would be expensive.
Aside from looking a little rundown in certain areas, this hotel was great. The staff was extremely helpful with everything we needed, and the room was great. The only issue I had was that we had a smoking room but that was my fault for booking it. I will definitely be booking this location again.
