Receptionist was very helpful at check in and during our stay. They even helped us arrange an oversize taxi ride to Haneda airport. He had to call three tazi companies to find a ride.

Great location!

The location is very good as it is right in the middle of Ginza and is very near to the train station. The breakfast has a very wide variety. The only downside is that the room did not have shampoo, conditioner and bath foam. Even the packet amenities did not have this option. The foam provided for washing hands are not suitable to be used as a shampoo.

The hotel is centrally located in Tokyo, so areas like Shinjuku, Shibuya, or Asakusa are all a 20ish minute train or bus ride away. We walked to the Tsukiji Market.

I’m so grateful for the location of this hotel. It was LITERALLY in the heart of Ginza. And a step away from Ginza Six (which was convenient for late night shopping runs and easy access to the food hall basement). I’m already planning our next trip to Japan and our next stay here.

Great place in Ginza! Totally recommended if you are in Tokyo for a couple of days. It is 2 blocks away from a metro station and it is very centric to everywhere in Tokyo

Like many other reviews the only good thing about this hotel is the location and the size of the room. Besides those two things the room itself needs a MAJOR deep clean, it was very dirty, we had to wipe down the bathroom door which had brown splash marks on it (eww don’t even want to imagine what that was) the carpet was so dirty and found more stains on the wall….don’t know how this hotel is a 4 star. Also the bed is really hard so if that’s your preferred mattress type you’ll like it. We analyzed the heck out of the sheets and thank god those looked fresh and clean.
