The hotel is a great location and very popular. We initially stayed in a double bedded room which was small but on our return we selected a twin room which was much better. The rooms are clean, good facilities and would definitely stay again.

Rooms were clean and very nice. Priority was definitely a gimmick with the big Godzilla. Surrounding area is very lively. This is the party district, so this a very centralized place to stay if that’s what you’re after.

Excellent hotel location but the room is not as advertised it’s very small. Spoke to front desk and they pretty much acknowledged and nothing they can do. We had two rooms booked and could compare.

Good overall stay

Shops are very close. Noise from the streets and sirens from emergency vehicles could be heard in room on 26th floor. Internet was decent. No available hdmi port on tv for streaming devices. Room was clean. Good laundry on site but it is often busy as there limited number of machines.

Great hotel in a great area. Short walk to Shinjuku Station. Lots of food and shopping options in the neighborhood. Staff was courteous and professional. The room was a bit small, but the large bathroom tub and shower area made up for it. Not a large vanity area, but adequate.

Great location in the heart of Shinjuku. The rooms are dated. The AC was noisy enough to be a minor distraction, but the location makes up for the average room. I would recommend if you can get a decent price.
