If you like to party stay here middle of prime shinjuku lots of bars and restaurants but gets wild after dark. Still a decent hike from the train station as well

This is a very bysy hotel situated in an area where there's huge amounts of mostly young people visiting bars, restaurants, gambling establishments.Streets are narrow and crowded particularly at night. A set breakfast was served in a lounge area, it wasn't a buffet and there were no menu choices. Rooms were comfortable If you want a lot of night life around your hotel it's a good choice, if you prefer less noise, crowds and bright lights go elsewhere

Hotel Gracery Shinjuku was awesome for the most part. They provided waters every single night I stayed which was super helpful as I did not need to remember to buy any to start my days. I also loved the view from my room and loved the window design that made me feel as though I was about to watch the start of a Godzilla film. However I was a bit disappointed that the deck where the Godzilla head is was closed apaprently due to construction which I could not see. The staff made me aware that it is not in the hotel's control when this is open which was fine, but a little bit of a let down. Also Shinjuku is definitely more the nightlife capital of Tokyo which was not why I was there, but I want to do a tour of Mt. Fuji and apparently Shinjuku is the best launching point for this. All in all it was a great stay and great clean hotel. I enjoyed my stay overall.

Stayed in room 2602 & 2702. Nice view of sky tree and Tokyo tower. Quite. Liked the sliding door that can separate bathroom area and bedroom. Friendly staff. Had an Amazon package delivered to the hotel with no issue. Felt safe in the area. Lots of shopping and dining options around.

Firstly, it is a great hotel in the heart of the city so great place to stay for tourists. But my main reason for my 5 stars was that i accidentally left a bag at a Starbucks in Kanazawa they before arriving. I don’t speak Japanese, so this was a nightmare trying to get back. However, the hotel staff made calls on my behalf to have it located and forwarded back to me. Incredible service and the staff were fantastic!!

Our hotel room was very spacious and was located within walking distance of shopping, the 3D cat and the LOVE sign (where a lot of tours met). The view from our room on the 27th floor was amazing!
