Elegant hotel and fantastic service
This hotel is very classy. It blends modernity and luxury. 15th floor is the one you want to be on if you want peace and quiet. Views from the 15th floor are ok, but Ginza is where to be. The staff know English very well and are very helpful. They accept and do luggage forwarding too.

Hotel was decently located, staff was nice, didn’t get to use a lot of what was offered like the free drinks and lounge bar since I was only there for 1 night. Room was clean and spacious. Not enough room for large 2 sided suitcases to open up so if you don’t have a top loader be aware of that. Shower was lovely and the little skincare kit provide was lovely. They also gave a little travel size bag which was really nice of the hotel. All and all it was a nice stay and I would consider staying again if I needed to be on this side of town

Excellent stay at a nice hotel
We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious enough for my family of 4 to be very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice with double sinks as well as a small sink in the separated toilet area. Every night there was an evening snack of a self serve soup in the lobby that we enjoyed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect in that we could walk to the main shopping areas of Ginza and the Tsukiji fish market within 10 to 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I had great stay at Grand Bach hotel in Ginza. My first time to stay in Ginza. I normally stay at Shibuya area, but loved Ginza area for shopping and restaurants. Staff at hotel were great and I would recommend this hotel.
