This hotel is just right above the limo bus station. It is very convenient for travelers with lots of checked-in luggage. I used Narita Express before but it was hard to ride with lots of big luggage due to staircases up and down to the train platform. The hotel's location is right in the Shinjuku district. There are lots of dining, shopping, transportation and entertainment options nearby.

This property was outstanding. The staff were friendly and had great English. Transportation was very convenient, and there was so much to do in the area. The bed was also phenomenal. The only downside is having to transfer elevators to get to the floors for the rooms, but it wasn't a huge inconvenience.

It is walkable to train stations. A lot of restaurants nearby. But red light street is one block away. It’s noisy and not appropriate for kids to stay. Breakfast is good. Calling a taxi needs a long time.

From the minute we walked in, to check in ,we were greeted warmly with a beverage. Loved the vibe! From the robots to the decor, LOVED! Def recommend. Location is in the middle of all the action. Right in the heart of exciting Shinjuku. Staff was awesome, and went above and beyond. A robot delivered something to our room, which was really cool. Room was cozy with an incredible view. Comfy bed and great shower.
