Very nice location just outside the very busy area. But you would never know when inside the hotel, Is quiet. absolutely wonderful breakfast buffet and bar area. Bed and pillows were very comfortable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Hotel Groove Shinjuku. From start to finish, the experience was impeccable. The limousine buses from Haneda go directly to this hotel, which made arriving and check-in super simple for us. The rooms were lovely and spacious enough for all our bags. We were sad to leave, but we will definitely be back for a future stay.

Excellent hotel with spectacular views
High quality property in excellent condition. Our room was compact but very nice and efficiently designed. The view of Tokyo from our floor to ceiling window on the 38th floor was spectacular! No need to do the Sky Tree tour. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

The environment isnt suitable for familes with little kids. There are too many homeless and smokera around the tower. May be good for young adult or teens who like night activities but definitely not for us. I dont feel sad to walk at night.

Very nice stay. Close to shinjuku station, very clean, super nice staffs, shuttle buses to airports, a lot of things to do in the building as well. However the area is bit noisy during night time but you can bearly hear the noise from outside because your room will be super up high.

The groove is in iconic kabukicho tower with a direct airport shuttle from haneda. Room is a bit tight but floors have washing machines and bathroom is clean and modern.
