Booked here for the shuttle convenience as our flight was arriving at 11p. We missed it by a minute (one wrong escalator!) but found it was super close to the train station and we beat the next shuttle to the property. There are convenience stores close by and we enjoyed delicious ramen for breakfast at a 24hr place right across the street. Ooh, also we loved the pajamas and the front desk staff were so helpful! Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The hotel offers everything a layover traveler would need and more. There's the option to partake in a morning buffet in the JAL Hotel that's within a 2-minute walk of this establishment, and you can board a bus shuttle that is bound for Haneda Airport in pre-set intervals. Cons: There's only one elevator.

Conveniently located near Haneda airport. Although I missed out on the hotel shuttle but I was easily able to take the subway to Anamori-Inari station for 200 yens and walked to the hotel within 10 mins or less. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores in the area. Note: This is a JAL associated hotel so it makes sense that their hotel to airport shuttle only goes to Terminal 1 and 3. If you are a passenger of ANA, the hotel shuttle will not go to Terminal 2. However, there are free airport shuttle that takes you around terminal 1, 2 and 3 so no need to arrange other transportation. Just plan ahead with this knowledge.

My husband, son and I experienced our first night in Japan at JAL Haneda Hotel West Wing and it was the perfect stay. The shuttle from Haneda International was on time and incredibly convenient. The hotel staff were friendly/welcoming; they helped us understand how to work the AC on this balmy day and were so attentive when our key card had an issue and they fixed it immediately. The AC worked GREAT! The quadruple room was so comfy for us. Two queen beds fit the need for the three of us as we are tall. The city view from the window showed the daily lives of the locals. The restaurant we chose was just a couple blocks away and plenty of convenient stores. Free juice, soda and coffee in the lobby as we arrived and for breakfast. Breakfast was very light. They served individually wrapped pastries (croissant was great), but I wish there was some sort of protein. Totally okay. The shop was a short walk and prices are very fair.

There is literally nothing around the hotel apart from a Convenience store. So west wing is not actually in the main building. It’s like 100M away from the building and you need to walk on the street. There is not interconnection between. The room is extremely small and bed is also very small. Overall I would not stay in this hotel again
