Very friendly bilingual staff and great breakfast. Nearby kasai station for transport into tokyo. Nearby bus to disney parks. Lots of food options nearby. Rooms are clean and met all expectations. Highly recommended!

We loved staying here! It was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning and it was so close to numerous convienent stores and the train station. We will definitely stay herr again.

The property is close to all public transport making it very easy to get to Disneyland and Disneysea. The staff was helpful with all questions and the hotel was very clean. I would stay again.

This was my second time staying at Hotel Lumiere Kasai. The hotel is conveniently located to public transportation (trains /buses). It is an easy 15 minute bus ride to the Disney parks- bus depot is 5 minutes away from hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable, the breakfast delicious… but most importantly the staff is amazing! I had the pleasure of speaking with Miyajoto who speaks excellent English. She graciously made some suggestions after I asked for places to go the afternoon I arrived before my Disney day. She’s professional and friendly. I then received assistance from Ichinose who was a delightful lady! She assisted me a few times during my stay even till I left. She wrote down in Japanese the address of my next hotel so that I may present it to my taxi driver who she came out to speak with on my behalf on the day I left. These ladies and all other staff members I came into contact with make a hotel a wonderful place to stay! Further, as a solo, female traveler_ I felt safe in this hotel and surrounding area. There are lots of options of places to eat and an awesome supermarket 4 blocks away. I’ll continue to refer this hotel as a go to place for anyone visiting this area of Japan. Thanks for another amazing stay! Hope to see you all again soon.

Love that the room is big. Breakfast is great. We love the daily croissants. I also love the cream corn soup very much. Hot dish, and salad. The lovely hot chocolate that is available all day long. On the day of our arrival, there was also lemonade. The only thing I believe would be helpful to the guests is that they can advise guests to prebook bus tickets to airport. We did not know it needs prepbooking to guarantee a seat on scheduled shuttle to airport. We walked 5 minutes to the shuttle station to find that we may not necessary get on the bus. It was scary. We almost didn't make it o. The bus. Please book in advance if you need the shuttle.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was already clean to start with, and they still clean it everyday. The free breakfast is great good for its value. It’s very close to Kasai station, convenient stores are just 3 mins away. Would definitely come back here!

Family Vacation from Seattle, WA
This hotel is meant to be a 4-star hotel and is so convenience to the Kasai main station where it connects to all major bus and rail lines. Hotel staffing is very helpful for all tourist's needs. Rooms are so exceptional clean although it may be a little small as compared to American standard. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family members.
