Absolutely loved this place. The pics don’t do the room justice and it was bigger than expected. Check in was a breeze! Located next to places to eat, metro, and staff was very friendly! Will definitely stay here again.

A little far out of town, but a good clean property overall. Hard to communicate through their internet-only system, with no staff ever visible on site. Garbage situation was really unclear. Room cleaning was ever 4 or 7 days, and only at like 10am. If you were asleep, well, that's it for 7 days. But it was a nice stay overall, and would consider it again.

Great place to stay for amazing price. Staff may not be visible but they are very responsive to requests when you need something, just one email away. Great neighborhood and very safe. Lots of eateries around and 3 mins walk away from a subway station, Nishi Kasai station.

The hotel was 5 min walk from subway with good local restaurants and shops. The room had 4 twin beds, including a bunk, perfect for a family of 4. I will stay there again.

Very convenient area with shops and restaurants and 5 min walk to subway station. The room has 4 twins, including a bunk, which are bigger than most hotels in Tokyo and perfect for a family of 4. I will stay there again.

Ok location and easy to get there by subway. Has shuttle bus from Haneda Airport but need to take one stop at subway. Suggests check out at 11am, most hotels in Japan check in at 3pm and check out at 11am. Should includes extra trash bags if no daily cleaning

Clean, comfortable, fully equipped apartment style room steps away from a metro station. Being close to a metro, several 7/11 and family marts was so useful when we needed to get around Tokyo and explore different areas. The location itself was quiet and safe.

Very good communication despite the language barrier, excellent location takes 40 minutes of public transport to make it to all the hotspots of Tokyo and is easily accessible from the airport as well.

Nice family friendly property with walkable distance from Metro station and close by convenience stores. All required utensils and rice cooker a big plus. Neat and clean. Self check-in was well guided and checkout was even more easy.
