This was our second stay on our three week tour of Japan. It’s a great hotel, all around. No issues, no complaints. Nice modern rooms with comfy beds and pillows. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores in every direction. Nice 30 min walk (or less) to the Imperial Palace, Marouchi and Ginsa.

Beautiful hotel, excellent service/staff. Rooms are spotless and cleaned daily, really appreciated the size of family with two twin beds. Nice shower/bath facility. Wonderful patisserie in hotel along with Starbucks and 7-11 right across the courtyard, not to mention Family Mart, pharmacy and in/hotel convenience shop. All necessities close at hand and short taxi drive to Asukusa, Ginza, Akibahara, etc. Really perfect and peaceful location.

Room was perfect, also had a very high definition TV that you could cast to, the wifi was 140 megabit/second upload and download, had all the amenities you could need and the staff was extremely friendly.

I really had a great time staying at the hotel. It was my first time in Japan and I wasn’t sure where to go, but I’m so glad that I stayed there. I look forward to staying there again in the future when I visit Tokyo. The staff was very helpful and respectful. I had no issues with them at all. It was very quiet, and if I ever needed anything, they were very quick to provide excellent service.

This hotel was lovely. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet was also 10/10. It’s in a quieter area which was nice. There’s a 24 hour convenience store across the street and it’s walking distance to three train lines.

Along with being very spacious, the room was extremely tidy and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful and any amenity we could think of was in the room for us! Location was also very quiet while remaining close to many stations.

We were so happy to have Yu to assist the whole time we were at this hotel. She was attentive, polite and very creative. The hotel was central, will located, and in a nice neighborhood. It was easy to walk to many attractions and use public transportation.it was a great place to stay while in Tokyo.

Every thing was amazing ! Just wish the breakfast buffet would change daily . Or weekly! We were there for a few weeks so it was hard to eat the same exact thing every morning

It was my first trip even to Japan and I’m happy I chose this location. I’m not one that enjoys staying in very crowded areas in the heart of everything so this was a great choice! Iidebashi station is only a few minutes walk away and you can get to places like Ueno, Asakusa, Akihabara, Shibuya, and Shinjuku within 30 minutes and with one metro line transfer at the max. Also, the Tokyo Dome is within walking distance as well, so if you happen to visit during baseball season and enjoy the sport, you could easily walk to the game. The room was spotless when I came back to the property everyday after walking around the city. I will say, the room was a tad small (I traveled solo so it was easier to cope with), but that’s not a poor reflection on the property. When coming from America we are spoiled with hotel room sizes. So just keep that in mind when looking for hotels in Japan. The bed was comfortable and warm and staff were friendly anytime I came across them. I can’t comment on the breakfast or restaurants as I didn’t need them. I mainly used the FamilyMart directly across from the entrance of the hotel for any quick meals or snacks. Could not have asked for a better experience and I will definitely be back!
