The staff was welcoming and friendly but wasn't happy that we were charged an extra $100 cad for each child. Selected correct ages during booking and room had 4 beds but was still charged extra. I wouldn't have booked if I know it would cost nearly $600 per night.

Solid mid-range hotel

Very good standard of cleanliness overall. A little dusty in some harder to reach areas. Excellent location, nestled between numerous well connected stations. Got us practically anywhere in Tokyo in a little under 30 minutes. The room is also slightly larger than a normal business hotel room.

Fabulous hotel, close to Idabashi station. Conveniently close to multiple konbini (convenient stores) and several restaurants. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were always clean and stocked with new toiletries and bottled water daily. The rooms are a little smaller than what you'd expect from looking at the images, but they served us just fine for our 9-day stay. My husband is 6’4”, and we both fit comfortably on the queen bed (he did have to watch his head coming in and out of the doorways, but we were expecting this to be a common issue anywhere). Overall, I would absolutely stay again.

We stayed here for the Tokyo Marathon. It was a 4 minute walk to the Tozi line, which was a 15-25 min Subway ride to just about anywhere we wanted to go, including the start line. It was quiet and clean. We loved all the dining options, especially the Patisserie. The Family Mart across the street was great for quick snacks and lunch and the shopping center behind the hotel had a couple of great options. The property had a great lounge area and fitness center (with foam rollers and soaking tubs for after marathon!) Highly recommend!

The staff were really friendly and helpful, everywhere was very clean and the buffet breakfast was lovely, so much choice and all delicious! There are two metro stations nearby and lots of convenience stores just outside the hotel.

The staff were amazing. Very helpful and great customer sevice. Their restaurant was very nice, breakfast was delicious and alot of choices of food. The hotel was very clean, rooms were spacious, beds were so comfortable. The bathroom like no other hotel. It has separate toilet room shower were separate room. And its so peaceful. And we loved the 7 eleven right next door.

The hotel was located in a convenient and lovely location. All staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were attended to for room service each day which kept the room neat and tidy. The room itself was small but cozy. We would definitely stay here again.
