Booked last minute as it had decent price, the location is great, walking distance to several train and metro lines making access to other parts of Tokyo easy. The room (we had the room for 3) is relatively big in Tokyo standards, the bathroom is very small. You don’t come to Tokyo to stay in the room so it was OK. The service is efficient, they don’t provide information unless you ask. We stayed in the east wing, so if you want to go to GYM or laundry room you need to go down, access main building and go up. The laundry room -the waiting area is really nice, but, they have only 8 machines and about 650 rooms, the machine is up to 3 kilos but people put more and then dry it for hours as result I needed to wait until midnight to get a machine then the course of wash and dry takes 2 hours, it’s not their fault but they could add more machines or control the usage.

The staff at the Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo were sooo kind. The entire hotel was clean. Our room had all the amenities we needed. The hotel was located in a quiet and safe area close to multiple train stations. There was a 7 eleven, Starbucks and many local restaurants nearby. I would 10/10 recommend this hotel.

Staff were friendly and spoke English well, especially helpful for our group where most of us knew no Japanese. The hotel breakfast was phenomenal and definitely worth giving a try, a bit expensive to do every day so I recommend trying out nearby options as well. Rooms were decently sized, and very clean. Bathrooms came stocked with all the amenities you need. They stocked several water bottles in the room which was a godsend as well. The area is decent, you're close to two train stations and there's quite a few close restuarants (make sure to try the bbq place across the plaza, it's great). There's a 7/11 and Starbucks extremely close which is great for quick morning breakfasts or grabbing a snack. Overall it was great, and our stay here made it super easy to enjoy our time in Japan.

Great option to stay in Tokyo, close to many restaurants, subway and convenience stores. The hotel offers great service and rooms are more spacious than similar price range options in Tokyo.

Our stay in Tokyo was great. Staff were friendly, amenities were wonderful, and our hotel was nice and clean. Also the hotel is close to a train station making it easy to get from place to place.
