The staff were so helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the room was extremely comfortable and clean. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops as well as the train station.

Location was amazing! All famous areas are 15-20 mins away from Iidabashi Station. It was also convent that there was a Family Mart located across the street from the hotel.

Lovely hotel, great location.
Was a much bigger hotel than I was expecting but the service was first class. Good location, quiet but close to subway lines. Very comfortable, very clean. Everyone was so polite and friendly. Lovely bar.

Everything went smoothly with the help of the staff. Very dedicated employees, lots of services available, nearby Tokyo Dome and the attractions it brings but also nearby a few different subway lines. Convenience stores across the street and one inside the hotel. Everything was clean and the amenities were great.

Stayed here as a family of 4 woth two young kids. We had a lovely stay here. It was a few minutes (5-10mins walk) to train stations, some nice local restaurants (5-10min walk). It was clean and decent aniunt of space. There was laundry serives and machine in the hotel, a small convient store attached to the hotel, a gym with cardio equipment, free breakfast buffet and restaurants wothon the hotel. Would recommend this hotel to others.

I recently stayed at a Hotel Metropolitan Edmonton Tokyo in Japan, and overall, it was a good experience. The place was spotless – everything was really clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The only downside was the size of the room – it was very small, with barely any space to move around. But honestly, that’s pretty standard for Japan, so we weren’t too surprised. If you’re looking for a clean, well-located place with great service and can handle the compact size, it’s a solid choice!

Impeccable property. Super quiet, modern rooms. Bed is one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The complimentary pyjamas are the best! In room air conditioning/thermostat is efficient and very easy to use. Love the area - quiet but lots of good eating options. Only mistake was to order the very expensive buffet in the hotel upon our late arrival. We will absolutely return!

The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious enoigh fir our several alrge cases (although we did intentiknally select a larger room when booking). Local shops and restaurants minuets away. Staff helped book our taxi to the airport. Only thing we did notice was the corridors had a smell of dirty laundry. There were also very prominent smells that surrounded the front lobby on some days also which was not pleasant
