Location was great!

We only spent one night here as we were in our way back from Osaka heading to Canada. But the service was fantastic! The hotel staff were all so pleasant, friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean. The hotel itself is a bit outdated. We booked the superior queen room and it was quite small and had an odd layout. It made it difficult for the two of us to manoeuvre around each other and our bags. Location was great! For us, the best part about this hotel was the airport limousine bus which picked us up right out front and took us straight to Narita Airport.

Although about 30 minutes from central Tokyo the hotel is still very convenient. Ikebukuro Station has various train and subway options making it easy to get to Shinjuku and other major hubs. The hotel was clean, safe and quiet and the staff is helpful and professional. We were upgraded to a spacious room on the 22nd floor and we were very pleased with our accommodations. We also liked having the airport limousine bus stop at the hotel. Makes getting from and to the airport very easy. Thank you for a great stay.

Our Go-To Hotel in Tokyo

This is our go-to hotel in Tokyo… We visit Japan 4-5 times a year. Conveniently located next to Ikebukuro Station with frequent airport limousine bus service. Plenty of good eateries around. Guest Laundry and a convenience store on premise

This hotel is extremely convenient to transportation, 1 block from the trains, 2 blocks from buses. 3 convenient stores within 1 block away in different directions. The hotel staffs were extremely helpful and polite. The rooms were very clean. I had 2 different rooms because I checked out for 1 night to visit elsewhere, the hotel was able to hold my luggages until I came back to check in again the following day. The Airport Limousine bus stops right in front of the hotel. I was extremely happy that I did not have to drag my luggages onto the train to get to the airport since the bus was right outside the hotel. I took it both ways. One of my room was on the 23rd floor, I was able to see Mt. Fuji on clear sunny days. I also saw the city skyline at night from the same room. It depends on the room you get I supposed. The rooms were a good size for Japan hotels. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return to stay here in the future when I visit Tokyo area again. A sincere thank you to all the superb staffs at this hotel for making my stay so comfortable.
