The staff were very kind and helpful. The amenities were abundant, and the hotel is in a charming part of Ikebukuro. The hotel is so close to the subway station! Would definitely book a stay here again!

I and my daughter stay in the hotel last week. The service is excellent and we have breakfast there almost everyday. We also have tried their Japanese restaurant Hanamusashi, and it was perfect. Definitely I will recommend this hotel to my friend.

Great location right next to train station. Neighborhood has lots to do and is not a tourist trap area. Hotel was very clean and modern. Loved the view of Mt Fuji from my room, the bathtub and pjs that were provided. Will stay here again when traveling to Tokyo!
