The room showed a bit of wear, but you cannot beat the view, and the proximity to Tokyo Station. The staff was fantastic, professional, accomodating. If you don't mind being in the hustle and bustle around Tokyo Station, it's a fantastic stay.

We stayed here for only one night before flying out of Narita. We absolutely loved this hotel - the staff were amazing, they stored our bags before check in and delivered them to our room, and also stored them in the morning before we flew out. The room was the biggest we had in Tokyo, and it was incredibly clean.

Excellent location for an overnight stay before catching the Shinkansen. Great restaurants shopping in and around Toyo station and very convenient as immediately adjacent to the station (important to stay close to transport when sightseeing/visiting Tokyo). Would stay here again.

Once you find the entrance elevator on the north west side just outside Tokyo station you go to the 27th floor lobby and checkin… very close and walkable to imperial palace and central Tokyo…

Nice hotel near Tokyo station. It is very convenient with shop, restaurant. The room is clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast is excellent with Japanese and western option. Receptionists are always greeting guests with smile and very polite. Thank you Ukaji for helping us to keep our luggage while we travel to Kyoto for few days. I definitely will stay here again if I come back to Japan
