Great property and close to Tokyo station making it very convenient to get around. The best part was the bus from Narita airport stops right outside the hotel making it very convenient and easy to get to Tokyo from the airport with less hassle. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They truly go above and beyond. When we arrived at our hotel with our many bags a staff member came up to us before we even got into the lobby to assist us. The rooms are clean and more spacious than other rooms we’ve stayed at in Tokyo, but the bathroom in the room could use an update. The shower wall in our bathroom was peeling off. Overall it’s a great hotel and would stay there again.

Nice hotel right next to Tokyo station. The hotel is quite nice with a fabulous breakfast. Being next to Tokyo station is a big plus because not only is it a central transportation hub, but also has a great variety of restaurants.
