Great central base for my Tokyo visit. Stayed 5 nights, 10 minute slow walk from Tokyo station so made commuting to various wards very easy. This area itself is mainly office workers and the corresponding vibes so didn’t spend much time exploring it. Hotel staff helpful and the room always made up immaculately. Would recommend and stay again!

Clean, close and extremely convenient. Small room, but all that’s needed if you’re exploring Tokyo during the day. 5-10min walk to Tokyo Station only. Brilliant.

Everything was great
This was a great choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was an easy walk from Tokyo station with several subway stations around to take you wherever you wanted to go in the city. The Yaechika / Yaesu underground complex had an entrance about a minute walk from the hotel door, it has many food and shopping options.

Very disappointed for a 4* hotel. Lack of hotel facilities, no restaurants inside. The room had a constant damp smell, cleanliness was lower compared to other 4* hotels I stayed in Japan. The staff are not very friendly. The location is not the best for transport - don’t let google maps deceive you, it is a very far walk to Tokyo metro station. However it is close if you are arriving by bullet train. The hotel entrance is down a small side street, there were quite a few construction workers lingering around which made me feel uncomfortable as a solo female traveler.

I love this hotel. Conveniently located close to the Shinkansen, it’s perfectly located. And the staff are fantastic! The gentleman who works in the breakfast room was wonderfully helpful. And that’s why I have used this hotel many times and will continue to do so - the staff.
