Pros: Excellent breakfast buffet, good-sized room. Convenient location, walkable. Cons: Check-in area/process small, crowded, inefficient. Staff could be friendlier. Had to ask for room change because someone was clearly smoking profusely on floor of original room. Older hotel needs refurbishing.

Great location near the best shopping and multiple subway lines. Clean comfortable. Like many hotel rooms in Japan, they're small. Nice pajamas!

The location was great, close to main shopping strip. Room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. However, the furniture and bathrooms are older style, lack any USB ports for charging. The supplied USB adaptor didn't work.

We booked this hotel after having a terrible experience with another. The hotel is in a very nice location close to train station. It is a boutique hotel so it has kind of the old world vintage charm. The rooms are clean, wooden floor which is great and simply decorated. The main lobby could do with a little makeover but whatever it lacks for is made up for with exceptional service and cleanliness. We received a very warm welcome by the staff and everyone was so professional and highly accommodating that the bitter experience that we had was soon forgotten. The 2 front desk staff in the evening (especially Golu) went out of the way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Hands down one of the best staff we have seen. They can be counted on to address anything without hesitation which for most other hotel staff would have been a task. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

I loved that it was smack in the middle of Ginza Street! Obviously, it's close to all the brand names in Ginza, but close to main transportation hubs: it's only about a 30 minute walk to Tokyo Station!! There were small hiccups in our stay, but the staff were amazing and they did their best to make up for it. I'd definitely recommend this place especially if you're going to travel around Japan and not only stay in Tokyo!!

This property is older so the rooms are small. We had to book two rooms to accommodate 4 of us. The rooms were not very clean. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We paid for the breakfast buffet and it was a really good spread. The reception area was very small but the front desk staff was great.
