The staff is way beyond nice and kind. The service is impeccable. A true demonstration of the Japanese culture. Amenities and services are great. And the locstoon is difficult to be beaten. This hotel has become my default for Tokyo trips.

Great location and comfort. Lacked nothing.

Very comfortable room with great service. AC worked well and they cleaned and provided new water bottles daily. Very great location with access everywhere via train station right outside. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of convenience store and grocery store options nearby. Had coin laundry inside and yeah felt like I had everything I needed staying there.

The place always smelled like cigarettes, I could tell the staff were chainsmokers because everytime my bedsheets were changed they reeked of cigarette smoke and made it difficulty to fall asleep.

So convenient! Wonderful location!

The hotel had beds for four of us, and all of us had the best rest of all the places we stayed. The rooms offered many amenities, including daily toothbrushes and toothpaste, nice hairbrushes, nightgowns, and even slippers. The hotel was conveniently located near the subway and a 7-Eleven store, making it easy for us to get around Japan comfortably.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. All staff are very professional and polite. They clean the room every day with new towels, new slippers and new pajamas. Free drinks, teas, bottled water and coffees everyday. A minute walk from subway metro station. 2 minutes walk from 7-11 and family mart. Convenience, accessible and excellent location. I would definitely stay here again if I comeback to visit Tokyo..

I like this hotel. I've been there years ago and is still a great value for money place. Probably I woul suggest the plastic flowers all around the lobby, doesn't add anything, and also the covers in the sofa. Rooms are very clean a comfortable considering the limitations o space in Tokyo. I love the neighbourhood

Very convenient location to get around. It's in the middle of Tokyo's tourist locations. Everything is easy to get to. A 7/11 is literally across the street for all the Japanese goodies lol.The hotel rooms are small but forgivable for the price point and location. Hotel is clean and and well maintained.
