Very easy to get to Tokyo mainstream areas. Very simple rules you need to follow, but it is very easy to live there. Kameido clock down the block and convenience stores everywhere.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff is very helpful and the location is very convenient, with a supermarket, mall, and convenience store all very close, as well as the train station in walking distance.

Mixed Experience at Toyoko Inn Kameido The staff at Toyoko Inn Kameido were friendly, and the surrounding area was convenient and pleasant. However, our experience with the room was disappointing. There was a noticeable moldy smell that made the stay uncomfortable, and when we requested fresh towels, they were never brought to us. While the location and hospitality were appreciated, the room conditions definitely need improvement.

We stayed for 7 days at this location so it was great that there was a laundry facility accessible for guests. All we needed to pay for was the washing machine (detergent was already include), the dryer and fabric softener. The front desk was friendly though we didn't interact much aside from checking in and out. The elevators are a little on the older side, and would be great if they could see an upgrade in the next few years. For our room, an AC unit was provide which was well used. There were full-sized toiletries, toothbrushes and small tubes of toothpaste (almost tiny sized) and a shower/body cloth provided. The shower/body cloth wasn't the best quality so we passed on those. Also, the fan in the washroom ran but didn't seem to run well.

This is not a 3-star hotel, but rather a love motel. Poor soundproofing and a moldy bathroom. On the positive side, the staff is polite.

It was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The rooms were a little bit run down visually, but clean and all room amenities were provided. Loved the service. Got help from staff with ease when our room cards stopped working one night. All in all a solid 4.5/5 experience.
