Great Disney hotel stay

The breakfast buffet was very good, reserving the night before saves a few dollars. The rooms were big enough for my family and the location is one of the best for Disney, for not being a Disney hotel. Just a short walk to both parks. Under 0.5 miles.

Great location

Very close to Disneyland and Disney Sea, free daily shuttle to the parks or the the JR station Maihama. Also very short walk to family store for snacks and food. It was very well priced and staff were very thoughtful and friendly.

Accommodation and basic needs were met. Breakfast menu was enough to start the day. Walking distance to Disney Sea and a bus shuttle ride was very convenient to go to Disneyland and the train station. Will definitely book again in the future. It was a good stay for us.

Stayed in a triple room with 2 friends to visit Tokyo Disney resort. The room was quite spacious with 3 beds and room to store our luggage. This is a great location for Tokyo Disney resort as able to walk to both parks easily or there is a shuttle bus (limited running times). We walked to the parks but did use shuttle to train station on final morning, bus schedule is provided on check in. Amenities were provided in the room and able to pick up some in the lobby where also had water and coffee machine available. Breakfast was basic but had a range of foods with pastries, bread, yoghurt, cereal and cooked foods (sausages, rice, eggs, potatoes, chicken). Check in and out process was very simple and easy, no issues.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast served there for an extra fee. 10 min walk to DisneySea entrance and about 15-20 min to Tokyo Disneyland. The hotel does have a shuttle bus. There is a mall 10-15 min away too.

MyStays Maihama was a wonderful and safe property for my family of 5 to stay. There was ample room and the optional breakfast buffet was delicious and affordable. The shuttle to Ikspiari center with access to Maihama Station and Disneyland was also very convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Tokyo especially Disneyland. Additionally the room was always clean and the beds are comfortable. There is also an included foot massager machine that is very helpful after long days of walking around Disneyland and Tokyo.

The bathroom was too small. As it looked to be a converted from an apartment building, the slight step up to the front door and back out was disconcerting. The carpet looked filthy and like it was in desperate need of replacing.

Regular hotel which is located close to the Disney parks especially to DisneySea (7min walk) which is quite handy. Rooms are good in terms of cleanliness, size and amenities. Breakfast has a good variety.
