Close to the Disney parks and they have free morning and evening shuttles to the parks. No frills but just what I was looking for to sleep between two days of Disney park seeing.

Free shuttle to Disneyland and train station. Walkable to DisneySea and a huge shopping mall! Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Rooms are a bit small but it’s Tokyo so it was expected.

Stay there for a couple of nights. DisneySea is less then 10 minutes away walking distance. Train station was nearby 15 minutes walking distance. Hotel had a bus shuttle to take you to TokyoDisney and to bring back to hotel. Overall it was very convenient if spending more than one day in Disney. Definitely will recommend.
