The front desk crews were very nice and helpful. I tried to explore the downstairs Resturant breakfast before purchasing, but rejected by the lady who served there: I have to pay the ticket before I can see what supposed to be served. I end up with the family Mart grab a couple of breads and milk for the breakfast, which is still very tasty.

Close to Ochanomizu and Akihabara but quieter than staying at hotels in Akihabara. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel.
