Friendly, helpful staff, quiet location, 5 min walk to train station, comfortable beds, excellent amenities (room offered pajamas, slippers, bottled water, and in addition to shampoo, etc, shaving cream, toothbrushes, bath salts, and more). The relaxation room on the 3rd floor is a quiet space to relax and serves tea & coffee in the late afternoon/evening. There are several vegetarian restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores less than a 5 min walk. Staff helped us locate restaurants, make reservations and when we wanted to dine in, helped us order through Uber Eats.

Great hotel at a reasonable price. The room was very cozy (love the paper shades on the window) and comfortable. The gym was decently sized by Tokyo standards. The restaurant (Dining Lieu) was good. The staff very friendly. The only issue we ran into was the WiFi was very flaky. However, they did have Ethernet in the room and even provided a cable (super nice!) so we were able to use our computers to provide a mobile hotspot for our other devices.
