Chose this hotel for proximity to cruise port. Would not choose for another stay simply because it’s a very quiet and limited neighborhood. Hotel is nice, but room was very cramped and oddly laid out.

A quieter part of Tokyo but easily accessible vis public transport . I had a premium room, very comfortable and the hotel is in a good position for activities around Tokyo Bay. I really enjoyed the breakfast, good quality and plenty of variety!

On the drop-off route for the airport limousine bus from Haneda. Money exchange onsite. Lawsons on the 2nd floor near the banquet hall. Room included mini fridge w/freezer and a microwave. Bathroom was smaller than expected, but efficient enough to satisfy your needs. Booked the room w/balcony on the premium floors. Room much bigger than the nonpremium floors. One washer/dryer on certain floors (accepts coins or card via an app).

Great location near everything! A few minute walk to train station and tons of food options. Great customer service and fantastic breakfast buffet. Room was a bit small, even for two people if you’re used to western rooms. The suite was much bigger and would choose that again next time.

We booked this hotel because it was close to Disneyland and Disney Sea and had a free hotel shuttle bus to these theme parks. The hotel is in a quiet spot close to train stations with a convenience store on the second level. The hotel is also close to Tokyo Bay which is a very scenic area with some good restaurants and shopping areas. We stayed here 5 nights and the hotel was a perfect base for our Tokyo sightseeing adventures.
