Great location. Twin room was spacious and comfortable. Very quiet. Supermarket, shops , bars very close. Ice machine,vending machines, washing machines .Excellent stay! On limousine bus route - highly recommended to make journey from airport easy!

We book the room with 23meter sq. It was really spacious. Room was clean and quiet. Love this hotel as it is so convenient. Walking distance to shinjuku train station. I have book for my up coming trip in Jan 2025. OH something happen on my Nov trip. The airport transfer i book through klook supposed to pick us and apparently the driver pick up the wrong group. I went to the recept for help and one of the staff was so helpful that he help us call the agency and managed to settle the problem for us. This coming trip when i go back i will personally go and find him again. Service is fantastic. Thumbs up.

Excellent Stay at Sunroute Hotel Shinjuku! I recently stayed at Sunroute Hotel Shinjuku and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Shinjuku Station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Tokyo. The surrounding area is lively, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. The staff was warm, professional, and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, and their English skills were excellent, which made communication seamless. The room was modern, clean, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities. Despite being compact (as expected in Tokyo), the space was efficiently designed and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were cozy, and I appreciated the air purifier and ample charging outlets. Breakfast was a delightful surprise with a mix of Japanese and Western options, catering to all tastes. The quality and variety were impressive, and it was a great way to start the day. Overall, I highly recommend Sunroute Hotel Shinjuku to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Tokyo. It’s a great value for the service and location, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Good service. English speaking front desk. luggage storage prior to check in time. QR code to check in via kiosk at 3pm. Good location to Shinjuku station and Bus terminal. In fact very convenient to use expressway bus than to navigate thru the complicated Shinjuku station exits. Family mart and Macdonalds are nearby. Lots of room amenities for self service at lobby, including face mask and skin care products. Luggage weighing machine is at lobby. H/e room size & toilet is small. If you are out the whole day, no issue. Will choose this hotel if I visit Tokyo again.
