This hotel has an amazing location because it is a 3 minute walk from Shinjuku station. Also, there is an E line entrance right next to the hotel (elevator entrance). Godzilla is a 15 min walk and so is the 3D cat. The bed room was spacious and I really appreciated the amount of counter top space it had. The staff were all friendly and very attentive. There is also a lot of great restaurant options nearby for people with food allergies. The best part is that it has an airport limousine stop right in front of the hotel!

洗面所と寝室の壁を区切りが変だと感じました。夜洗面所の電気をつけると　寝室まで明るくなってしまいます。建物の構造上　その様になっているのでしょうが　違和感がありました。

It's a block away from Shinjuku station, one of the exits is right next to the hotel, so can't be beat for convenience. This also means that some of the best food in the world is nearby. What I like about Sunroute is that, though, it's only a block away from one of the busiest stations in the world, even being a block away, it's rather quiet and civilized. 30-minute subway ride from Haneda for circa $5USD. Can't be beat!

Fantastic location near the Shinjuku station south concourse, very clean, nice rooms, great service from the staff, Airport Limousine Bus stops right outside, which is very convenient. We have stayed here twice now, and will book again on our next Tokyo adventure.

Hotel is very close to Shinjuku station which is very convenient for getting around. Hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. As soon as you started for the front desk, staff would be out from behind the counter meeting you half way. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Room was nice and bigger than I thought it would be. The beds are a little on the firm side but that’s the only negative thing I can say. Also the airport bus picks you up in the parking lot which is super convenient.

The property has great location and check in was smooth. Check-in was smooth with toiletry items available on the main floor and bathrobes on the main floor. There are coin laundry machines available on alternating floors and you can actually see which ones are in use via their hotel app. The room was much more nicer than the photos but like other people mention very small. There is space underneath the bed to store luggage to save on space. The staff was very nice and assisted us in retrieving our transferred luggage. They even helped my wife when her TSA luggage jammed. When checked out the staff was nice enough to hold our luggage until hotel shuttle bus came while shopped and ate. I love this place and can’t wait to come back.

Clean but needs an update.

Hotels lobby is beautiful and looks updates. Staff are great. Easy process to check in and out. The hotel rooms and hallways are old and need an update. Room tables dressers all scratched and bathroom tubs are browning. Carpet also needs some love. Clean but needs an update.
