The property itself was absolutely stunning and so clean. They had Byredo shower products which i LOVED. The staff was so incredibly sweet. When we checked out the refused to let us roll our luggage outside and did it for us. The location was perfect for shopping and a quick 16 minute walk to the fish market. I Would definitely stay at this property again.

Great to be back once again.

Great hotel located close to everything but not too busy. Have stayed here multiple times for myself and family so it is great to be back. Had hot water issue on the first night but the hotel did their best to minimise the disturbance and sorted everything out right away the next morning.

The property and the room was clean and smelled lovely. Every morning and night, the staff greeted us with kindness. The hotel is also in a nice location walking distance to a number of shops, convenience stores, restaurants and train stations!

Great location in Ginza! Beautiful hotel, but very small but comfortable rooms. Highly recommend if you're staying in Ginza. Very walkable to anything in the area and the subway.

If you're north amercian, the rooms will be on the small size, but well maintained, very clean, and the staff are amazing. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The Casita restaurant on 14 is great as well! Super easy walk to multiple subway stations and lines for quick access throughout Tokyo. Enjoy!!
