At best 3-star business hotel
This hotel does not deserve 4-star rating. I was fooled by this rating and paid a high price. At best it is a 3-star business hotel. They do not clean rooms even though I specifically asked for it. Breakfast has poor selection and basic. For this quality, it is overpriced. Do not be fooled by the. 4-star rating.

Hotel is accessible to Roppongi Itchome Station which is very convenient for travellers. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Rooms are well-maintained and spotless. There's even vending machines for late snacks. We've enjoyed our stay and will surely comeback. Highly recommended!

I’ve stayed here a few times before for the last 3 years. Although the room is so small, the location is connected to the metro station complex, so continent . Most staff are amicable. They don’t have a cafe, restaurant, and fitness gym. The hotel offers a breakfast to guest at a restaurant right next to the hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful during our check in. They let us know they change pajamas and towels every day and take out the trash every day which is very helpful since there's no trash cans readily available in the city. We stayed for 6 days and they changed out sheets during our 3rd day. The location is somewhat convenient. The Roppongi station is right downstairs. Another station (Ginza and something else) weren't too far away at about a 10-15 minute walk. There are some vending machines outside the building if you run out of the free water they give out daily. There's also free coffee on the first floor along with a few amenities you can pick up such as combs and razors. There's also a lot of Family Marts and 7-Elevens nearby. There's a Don Quijote not too far away. Plenty of restaurants nearby such as Ippudo, Coco Curry, The Hub British Pub, and many more. Theres a Tully's and a bakery nearby. Loved the stay here. I would definitely recommend and would come back if I ever go back to Tokyo.

Very comfortable room, we had the moderate twin. Nice area for a first time visit to Tokyo - train station at front door but very walkable and safe clean upscale area - walkable to Teamlabs and Tokyo Tower but really everywhere. Lots of cafes nearby for breakfast options too. Nice nighttime vibe also.
