Great location for exploring the area and for the train station. Very comfortable and quiet room, no noise at all. Small room, but big bed. Small toilet/sink area but big wet room shower/bath, with loads of hot water and very clean. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed for one night (which was great), however we had to cancel the 2nd night due to disrupted travel plans caused by the typhoon in Japan. The hotel receptionists were sympathetic of our situation and agreed to provide a full refund for the unused night. However, as we made a request for refund through Wotif, the hotel decided to reject our request based on the strict application of their cancellation policy. Considering how great the Japan culture/moral standard is, we were particularly disappointed by this broken promise in this instance...

Everything was great for the stay. Although our travel plans in Japan were severely disrupted by the typhoon, we were particularly appreciative of the sympathy and the professionalism displayed by the hotel receptionists, who would go the extra mile to assist guests where they can - THANK YOU.

Great location in Shinjuku, not too far from the action but also far enough to escape the craziness and near regular neighborhoods and everthing is within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Stayed here twice on the front and back ends of my trip. The check in/out process was easy and guided by the screen with multiple language options. The first time we had a room on the second floor that had no sunlight as the window was 2ft from the big building in front. The second room (same type as the first) we had on a higher floor was much better as we would actually get some sunlight. Overall a good place to stay if you get a higher room. Otherwise it felt like we were underground with no sunlight.

Decent location . Located close to everything. Clean friendly and efficient. Love the bathroom and ad ons like coffee and toothbrush etc . Shinjuku is not for everyone . It’s a bit hectic outside and sometimes gross. But the hotel was great

The front desk male staffer working on Aug 31st 4:45pm. I think he had glasses, i didn't get his name but I am writing this positive review because of him. He went above and beyond any normal standard and made this a 5 star experience. He offered suggestions for refreshments after seeing us carry 3 large shopping bags, sweating and catching our breath. Then he offered to order a taxi because we had 2 very heavy luggage. But when we said we were going to Haneda airport, he said it will be very expensive but you can also walk 5 mins to the bus stop 3 blocks from here and it will cost you 1/3 of the price and take you directly to the airport (1 stop). He was very friendly, kind and took a great deal of initiative (without being asked) to make our trip and transport better. I wish I got his name because I don't think many 5 star hotel staff will even do this. And this was hotel #5 after travelling to Osaka, Kyoto, Okinawa, Ishigaki and Hokkaido. I would highly recommend this hotel for the kind and helpful staff, convenience to Shinjuku, 10-15 min to Shinjuku station, larger bed size (Queen instead of double) and mostly very clean. Air conditioning was very strong and you can adjust the temperature to your liking. The dehumidifier worked went to get rid of the musty scent other guests mentioned. Rooms are small but it is designed for you to just sleep and have a small bite in the room. Go explore Tokyo!

Lovely room and delightful front desk staff. Quite a big bathroom with bath. Lots of toiletries available if you need them. Would recommend if you need to stay around Shinjuku.

The staff was friendly the room was clean although small all the space was used wisely to make it feel roomier then it is. location is great located smack dab in the middle of shinjuku within a 10 minute walk of 3 train stations and within walking distance of the shinjuku gardens and Toho Godzilla building and the golden Gai.
