Great Hotel

Great - location, amneties, happy hour (daily from 5-7pm), reception staff - and very clean rooms. However, the mattress wasn’t comfortable (hurt my lower back) and toilet felt claustrophobic. Perhaps I’d choose a different room next time.

Great hotel, quiet, peaceful location

Beautiful hotel located away from the noise and the crowds, but only a 6-8 minute walking distance to Shimbashi station and all the major shopping areas and restaurants of Ginza and Shimbashi areas. There are convenience stores and neighboring restaurants around for those that just want to stay nearby. It's easy to get a taxi outside the hotel. There is also a smaller subway system just steps away.

You can walk from train station to our hotel on underground which is good in raining day. And the airport bus can arrive on the hotel just 3 minutes walk to our hotel which we like.

After room refresh property feels clean and less dated. Area is quiet in evening and a bit out of the way but that is a positive for me. Staff is super helpful and service has been excellent. Laundry machines are clean and worked without issue. Breakfast would be the only thing that was a bit disappointing.

Train station was a quick walk down the escalator of the main building the hotel was located in, but requires a bit of a walk for the other station. Staff was helpful despite language barrier. Room was a bit small and the beds were ok and only provide one normal pillow and a small pillow for the head to rest on. Breakfast was good.
