Quiet location but easy metro access to anywhere you want to go. Easily walkable to Ginza and Tsukiji market. Not crazy busy like the super touristy areas. Would stay again!

Had difficulty checking in because it was claimed by the hotel front desk clerk that Expedia had a policy that reservations for each room (I have three rooms) should be in different names, which Expedia never informed me when my booking was confirmed. I have to be the one to arrange the change of reservation booking with Expedia before the hotel will allow me to checked in. A lot of inconvenience for me when Expedia and the hotel were suppose to take care of this difference in policy.
