Booked 2 rooms for 9 nights and check in experience was terrible. The booking was made for 3 adults and 2 kids and receptionist kept saying the booking is for 4 people. Even after showing booking confirmation for 3 adults and 2 kids receptionist asked me to pay for the extra person. Staff member asked me to contact the booking website help desk to sort it out and this is at 11:30pm local time. It was not possible for me as I had no way of calling as I was in Japan and the help desk is not open 24 hours. Finally staff member decided to make the phone call himself and realised the mistake was Hotels. Staff member apologised but I had to wait for an hour to check in with my family after a 10 hour flight. Finally got to my room after midnight. Not what I expected. Reception service is not the best. Requested staff member to book an airport transfer as I needed a van to accommodate my family of 5 and that seemed like I had made an unusual request. I was told they can only organise a normal taxi. I ended up booking one myself. Housekeeping is fantastic and Buffet Lunch is very good. Hotel facilities are very good. Overall Hotel is a good one.

Roach warning! After reviewing thousands of reviews prior to booking this hotel, I felt confident about my choice in Tokyo. Unfortunately the room did not meet my expectations. Upon walking in I instantly notice a sewage smell coming from the small bathroom which is the size of a standard cruise ship bathroom. I found a smashed brown spot on the overhead of the bed and didn't get too close to it but after finding a LIVE roach crawling on the bathroom wall I realized the brown stain by the bed is a smashed roach that has been dried up! I immediately took a photo and called the front desk. After a few correspondences, they offered to switch me to the largest room in the property and free breakfast. I didn't think it was fair for all the inconvenience I had experienced so I asked for at least a partial refund but they refused, their reason being they need to research where the roach came from. One of the staffs even told me he had recently seen a roach in their offices... Overall, the staff was very nice but in the end if you're not booking their most expensive room they don't value you as a customer. I would look for another property to stay in if you're considering this hotel.

We love how clean the room was. There were washing machines on our floor but it seemed like it did not dry our clothes properly. We'd pay for extra drying but still not sufficient. I wish there were more food/restaurants nearby.

Biggest catfish hotel of all time. You walk in and the lobby looks nice, the halls and elevator area give a luxury feel but that all ends the second you get into your room. The rooms are old and out of date, the bed and pillows are uncomfortable, and the shower is terrible. I stayed in 4 different hotels during my time in Japan and this was easily the worst. Most hotels have a nice shower area (rainfall or similar) but this one was a shower tub situation with worst shower head I’ve ever seen and terrible water pressure. The tub isn’t even sealed against the wall so likely water gets between wall and the tub and it’s likely molding down there. The bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were flat, and the bed didn’t have plugs on both sides of the bed like most hotels do. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that the staff was helpful getting our bags get shipped to the airport. I would never stay here again though.
