The property is in good condition. The elevator situation is a little inconvenient. When entering you have to go to the hotel lobby/14th floor first, then take a different elevator to your hotel room. Location is ok. It's about a 10 min bus ride from Tokyo station and around a 10 min walk to the other smaller train stations.

The room is very small and not enough for three luggage The beds are solid but comfortable. The blanket is puffy and soft. The staff are helpful and would be great if added smile.

The room is extremely clean, comfortable and has all the amenities beyond your needs for a small size room. We’ve booked a moderate room type with a queen size bed. Although we love everything about this room, note that it’s quite small and not much room to open your luggage. We would recommend this hotel as it’s a 10-minute walk toTokyo main train station and reasonably priced as compared to other surrounding hotels.

Stayed here for 3 nights/ 4 days with my husband and my best friend. We got a triple room which was small compared to US room sizes but had everything you could portably need! Beds were SO comfortable, bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, razors, cotton buds, toothbrush/ toothpaste- everything! Hairdryer was excellent. Shower/ bath combo was great - water pressure was amazing after a long day walking and exploring. We did not try the hotel restaurant but every time we went by it it smelled great. About 12 minute walk to Tokyo station and multiple other stations within 10 minutes walk. We walked to the fish market in the early morning - was about 25 minute walk but very pleasant and good sightseeing. Area is quieter than the more touristy areas of Tokyo which we appreciated after such long days. On our last day our flight didn’t leave till 7pm and we were scheduled to catch the train to the airport at 2:30pm - the front desk let us store our luggage after check out so we could squeeze in more sightseeing. Everything was super easy and convenient. 10/10 would stay again.

Bathroom is spacious. Small freezer also useful. Annoyed in the night by outside car road noise and building construction noise. 15 minutes on foot from Tokyo station entrance (fast speed walking) I booked two days prior to check in seems I paid a bit higher price while overall facilities is not much outstanding.

Absolutely wonderful, our time here was perfect, the staff are all very friendly and the place is immaculate, clean and has spaces that are very stylish and comfortable. There is a beautiful small balcony garden, that has amazing views. The price for the hotel was incredible seeing how spectacular this place was. I highly recommend it. We were there for a false fire alarm on our last day and it was handled quickly and efficiently by the staff. Everything was very safe and I can say the emergency exits work well and are nice and safe! Again, wonderful service and a over all pleasant stay.

Very happy with our stay here. Clean hotel and friendly staff. English speaking. Great location with lots of places to eat close by. Ramen place next door was delicious. Very close to Tokyo station and other local metro stations for convenient travel throughout Tokyo. Quiet and quaint neighbourhood. Thank you!

The staff was excellent. We opted in for the breakfasts and it was delicious. There are convenience stores and a pharmacy very close to the hotel, and a nice walk to Tokyo Station, and a 3 minute walk to Hatchobori Station. The only weird thing that happened to us is that twice we tried going to a restaurant right by the hotel and they turned us away. There were available seats there but she crossed her arms to us meaning, do not come in here.
