Loved how clean, modern, quiet, spacious, and hotel offered a beautiful indoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, washer and dryer in the room along with a stove and other conveniences. The restaurant breakfast was delicious and offered an array of healthy breakfast fare! Location was great!

Could have better taxi instructions, because GPS on many taxis have problem locate the exact location of the hotel with its address, always took me to Sakura Stage. And it would be helpful to have a sign to indicate taking the escalator down to the taxi stand on the ground floor at 2/F exit.

It’s a new hotel, the room was sparkling clean and quite spacious when compared to other hotels in Tokyo. It’s very close to Scramble Square It’s quite hard to find the hotel at first But, it’s very close to the JR station if you walk around and find the way

Amazing room and beautiful property. Everything is brand new and in pristine condition. The washer and dryer unit and complete kitchen in the room was very convenient. Excellent location close to many attractions, restaurants, and transportation. One of the best hotels that we have ever stayed at in a city!

Well, located for walking and shopping in Shibuya. Pretty decent, but not great breakfast buffet… But reasonably priced. Excellent staff. Pretty good fitness center with water dispenser. Construction in the city below makes it a little hard to get to via taxi or walking, but once you know what to do it's fine.
