Amazing hotel. Location is unbeatable. Stuff was superb, the room was clean. They have a washer/dryer and it makes our trip so much easier. The swimming pool was a big bonus to cool down especially hot summer days in Japan. It was the best hotel we stayed in Tokyo!! We’ll definitely be back.

This is an outstanding new hotel in the Heart of Tokyo, minutes away from the Shibuya scramble. I couldn’t believe the big size of the room. The pool was a relief in summer. Beautiful hotel and surroundings. It make our trip completely enjoyable.

Hyatt House is a really great hotel! Very clean and modern, everyone was very helpful and friendly. Tvs allow you to cast streaming services from your phone. The pool is small but nice. The location is perfect if you want to check out Shibuya scramble crossing, catching the metro, walking around Shibuya for shopping. Shibuya Stream is busy but tons of food and shopping options. The hotel and surrounding area is brand new and the area around it is still undergoing construction so itll be even nicer in the future. The only thing that needs to be fixed right now is the address for the hotel on google and all the travel sites. Taxis from the airport will go to the old location and then have a really hard time finding the place as its not identifiable from the street. Id advise getting the exact address from the hotel before you arrive so you arent giving the taxis the wrong location.
