Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was one of the better ones we had on our trip. Location is not of walking distance of anything really so had to rely on uber or shuttle bus to get anywhere which was an inconvenience. Cleanliness was a let down. We found multiple trash items under our beds, mattress and behind draws etc. deep cleans don’t seem to be getting done.

It was one of our best hotels! Their shuttle to Disneyland, DisneySea, and the train station made traveling convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the ambiance was amazing. It provided us with a comfortable stay that felt great for the price we paid, and the amenities were wonderful. The hotel staff were also very helpful u guiding us and were always greeting us or bidding us farewell as we came and went. Everyone was so friendly, and I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property! This was our first time in Japan, and we chose to stay here to enjoy a peaceful retreat away from the downtown hustle. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The location is convenient, with bus stops nearby that easily connect you to the train stations. The room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay!

It was a nice hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff. We also enjoyed the shuttle bus from the hotel to Disneyland and Disney Sea - we found it to be very reliable.
