Planning for our future stay here at Hyatt Tokyo Bay. Staffs are amazingly helpful with everything. Our stay was great. Rooftop with telescope was exciting and very relaxing with amazing Tokyo bay view. Our family of 5 fit comfortably in one room. Shuttle service is great! Breakfasts are grand. Already excited to comeback here from Kyoto trip. Thank you to all the Hyatt Tokyo Bay staff members from room #821 guests! You guys are awesome!

This property is great if your going to Disney but getting to and from Tokyo and other main attractions takes over an hour The staff was nice and helpful and I did appreciate the shuttle

The Hyatt Regency Tokyo is a beautiful hotel. The rooms were spacious compared to most Japanese hotels and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel was quiet, staff were very helpful and the hotel was very clean. We stayed there whilst we were spending some days at Disneyland as it was close by but not anywhere nearly as expensive as the Disney hotels. The best part was that there was a shuttle between the hotel and Disneyland and Disneysea that runs back and forth so we were able to jump on that instead of using taxis which saved us quite a bit of money

Everything about this resort is great! We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of food choices. The shuttle bus to the shopping center and Disney resorts was a big plus. We also appreciated the limousine bus service to Haneda Airport—very convenient and cost-effective, but be sure to reserve in advance. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. Overall, our stay is well worth the money. We’ll stay there again.
