The first morning of my stay at 7:00 I went to grab a water from the fridge after breakfast and was aggressively accosted by a man from the front desk. He screamed that the water was for guest only! I informed him calmly that I was a guest and he still screamed not for you! While pointing at the sign. I said I was a guest, showed my room key and asked him to stop screaming in my face and requested for a manager and he said no. I told him that his behavior was racist and micro aggressive and he said he did not care. I have never been spoken to like that in my life let alone by a staff member at a hotel that I am paying guest at. He has been the only staff present at the front desk all morning and ignored my multiple request to speak to anyone else. I asked to speak to a manager and check out and he refused. The next day I spoke to a manager and he was not any better. I traveled to Japan with my 7 year old and that moment definitely negatively impacted out trip.
On June 2nd multiple hotel staff entered my room unannounced asking when I was checking out because the front desk told them to come by. I explained I had a 3 days stay and asked why so many staff continued to come into my room once asked not to.
