Enormous hotel, which made it a bit impersonal (the only comparator I have is the giants in Las Vegas) but staff were friendly and helpful. Room was lovely, although a little dated, particularly the bathroom. Comfy bed, excellent location.

Came for business purpose to Tokyo We stayed at the main building and got upgraded to the junior suites The services are impeccable! The front desk was super efficient , concierge was super helpful and nice. The junior suites are large and spacious, bed is very big and comfortable. The furniture in the room is a bit outdated - but I think it adds some character to the room. Everything is super clean and well maintained This is a true 5 star hotel - Highly recommended

The hotel is beautiful. The hospitality and staff were beyond my expectations. It was remarkable how welcome they make you feel. Why I giving only 4 star. The breakfast voucher system didn't work well for us and our child. I did get confused a couple time when I bring them and they give me different answers to how to provide them. The room was beautiful, but definitely small. The rooms were a bit dated but kept up to amazing standards. I would recommend this to my friends and family.
