I liked the convenient location of this hotel, close to Shibuya Station , many choices for eating and shopping. Room was very clean and staff was very attentive and helpful as it is customary of Japanese people. Breakfast was Japanese style and it could be improved by adding Western style breafast. More choices of bakery items, cheeses, yogurts and jams.

Location is not easy to access, there are lots of detour getting through the mall. Just like going through a maze every single day. Waste time, do not recommend this location.

After experiencing splendid Japanese hospitality for 3 weeks, the self check in felt quite impersonal. The room, likewise, was basic with none of the nice personal touches we had elsewhere. While a short walk from the Shibuya station , the route was a bit confusing, with all the construction and overhead walkways. We loved exploring Cat Street.

The location is quite good given that it’s only a few minutes walk from Shibuya station. The room though is a bit small. Otherwise, it’s all good. The bed is actually quite comfortable.

Booked a Superior Single Room for one night for me and my partner. Room was clean and well heated but it was a lot smaller than it looked in the photo. Regardless, we have no complaints as we expected it to be small being a business hotel in Tokyo but I would not recommend it for claustrophobes. Access is extremely convenient due to it being in the JR station itself.

The cleaning staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall of the staff was very polite and accommodating. The train station is literally right in front of the hotel and the surrounding have great food choices. I will definitely come back if I ever visit Japan again

Hotel was central to everything - literally access to train station an elevator away and shopping! Minutes away from Shibuya Crossing - everything was easily accessible so was a great spot for us
