Great hotel choice!
Perfect hotel for our family of 4 (adult children). We had 2 rooms and the location was perfect! The rooms were on the smaller side (and we booked an upgraded room) but very clean and well appointed. There was a cold/hot water dispenser on every floor right outside our room which was nice. Our favorite thing was the delicious breakfast buffet. The Japanese selection was incredible and delicious!! Wonderful coffee plus they also offered western selections. This gave us fuel to last throughout the day. We would definitely stay there again!

We have stayed at this property before (precovid). Our experience on this visit reflected a slip in quality and service levels. Still a decent hotel and a very convenient location but I might try another property when I plan to be in Shinjuku again.

Found roaches in the room. 🙃 the hotel is extremely overpriced, it doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel at all. There’s no bottled water in the room, and everyone had to get water from hallway. Room is very small even in Japanese standard. Bathroom smelled bad when we first checked in. AC got randomly turned off several times. I had much much better experience at smaller and cheaper hotels in Japan.

Great hotel. Looks very new. We had 3 persons in a room. The layout of the room is very well planned out. Toilets were all brand new and the beds were super comfortable. Excellent staff although we spoke very little Japanese.

Hotel was well located. Easy walking distance from the station, to restaurants and to shopping. It was away from the very busy noisy part of Shinjuku but still close enough to be convenient - only a few mins walk. We were lucky to obtain access to the room 2 hours before check in as it was already ready. The room was large and well appointed. The toilet was separate from the bathroom which was appreciated in a triple room. The beds were comfortable. The room was immaculately clean and the towels were replaced and the room tidied daily despite us not requesting this. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and the reception was staffed 24 hours. The buffet breakfast had both western and Japanese options.

Nice, clean hotel with a fantastic and convenient location in the heart of Shinjuku. 1 minute walk from south gate of Shinjuku station. Decent breakfast, good wifi, smallish rooms but to be expected in this part of Tokyo
