It was so convenient being above a mart. The front staff were so helpful and friendly, bringing us our luggage we had shipped from Kyoto. After that we didn't really need to engage. Lots of people going in and out, plenty of elevators. It was about 10-15 min walk to the trains and convenient for us to get around Tokyo. It's also in an area near lots of restaurants and some cafes.

Great stay in Akasaka
Akasaka is away from the hustle / bustle from tourist places. Hotel in between 2 Metro stations. Rooms are cozy but ok for longer stay with great Onsen facilities

Clean and quiet
Room was clean and quiet. I wish though that they would have more than one pillow on the bed. I asked at front desk for extra pillow but they said they didn’t have any. Hotel is in good location, 5 minutes walk to Harry Potter cafe and close to metro stations.

Loved this place a lot! Close walk to the station. Amazing lights on show at night and heaps of food options. Only downside was the pillows are a bit hard so it makes for a tough sleep, but still love it

Perfect location near Jongo-sam(3)ga station. Excellent service, including luggage storage after check out. Room layout was efficient and very usable (could have two large suitcases open and still walk around). Would stay here again.

Great. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Breakfast buffet was great too. I have food allergies and they were able to check which foods are safe for me to eat at the buffet. It’s a very quiet neighborhood and the 7/11 in the lobby is great

The onsen was the perfect way to relax and rejuvenate. The hotel is near several train stations, making it easy to see all of Tokyo. The hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
