Hotel is across the street from famous fish market and walking distance to ginza shopping. Lots of food options and close to Tokyo station, short taxi ride. The breakfast is a nice addition to have a small bite in the morning. Second floor lounge was useful for working while on vacation while my family was still asleep

The front desk staff were really helpful and even helped us find the most cost effective transportation to the Skyliner station. The location is great with easy access to the Metro and the Tsujiki Outer Market is right around the corner.

The property was nice but the rooms are very small, one small pillow and on couch pillow, the bathroom towels are very thin with no wash cloths available. All room essential extras such as tea, toothbrush, etc. are located in the lobby and must be picked up by yourselves. No water bottles provided but you can purchase from vending machine on a different floor. All staff excellent and so friendly.

The young girl at the front was very helpful when we needed assistance with scheduling appointments and dinner reservations. She took her time to help us and was really courteous even when it good busy. The cleanliness of the room was a 10/10. Great location to Tsukiji Outer Market. Would stay here again on my next visit to Japan.

This hotel is an excellent choice for those looking for convenience and accessibility. It’s well-situated near public transportation, making it easy to get around, and it's also close to the Tsukiji Fish Market—a great spot for food lovers. The rooms are impressively spacious and very clean, which made our stay extra comfortable. The bathrooms were also roomy, which was a nice touch. We took advantage of the buffet breakfast twice during our stay, and everything was straightforward and easy, from the food selection to the overall dining experience. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the baggage hold process was hassle-free. However, if you’re looking for shopping options in the immediate area, there’s not much around. But for a convenient and comfortable stay with great accessibility, this hotel is a solid choice!
