They don’t speak English and a e very rude. Maybe they just don’t know how to say the words exactly and that makes them rude, but if you’re working in a hotel, you have to have a minimum of English to be able to communicate with foreign customers.

Create place to stay with lots is dining options. Not much shopping in walking distance. The Tsukiji market is wonder and has great food and souvenir options. Downside is that it is a bit of a tourist trap with high price on almost anything you can find. If cost is your your concern then you will definitely enjoy the quality food.

Room was small as expected. But the staff at the front desk during check in was not friendly. She emphasized extra charge for loosing door key at 2000¥ a piece. And not very patient when introducing breakfast option..
