This place is amazing! So many amenities to use for those who forget. The staff are incredibly nice and attentive and have answers to all your questions. Definitely would come back here again!

5 stars for the front desk staffs, they were soooo nice! I stayed for 3 nights, and after the first night, I felt cold while sleeping because the bed head is right under the window. So I raised this issue to front desk, they were very kind and tried to understand the condition then was able to switch room (with different layout) for me. Furthermore, they helped me make phone call to local restaurants for reservation related questions.

Happy Family Stay

Awesome stay for 7 nights. Love the washing machine with dryer. Used it daily. A pack of detergent was provided daily. Ask for more if required. Remember to go to the lounge area at Level 2. Self serve sake, drinks, food. Don't miss it! Great location with Lawson Mart just 40m away. Underground shopping belt leading to Tokyo Train Station was just 80m away. The only downside is we could have more space in the room for opening our luggage daily.

Excellent lounge in the hotel

The location is excellent, close to Tokyo station which has lots of shopping and food options (if you don’t get lost there). The best is the lounge which has free snacks, coffees. The staff speaks good language. The room is relative small but I guess it’s same for Tokyo hotel. The king size bed is made up from two twin size mattress but you don’t really feel the gap.

Good values and very clean

The front desk staff are incredibly helpful. When they noticed that we were traveling with an elderly guest, even after we had already stepped outside the hotel, a gentleman from the front desk quickly rushed out to provide us with a heat pack. The beds are quite comfortable, with mattresses that are supportive but not too firm, similar to Beautyrest Firm mattresses. The hotel is conveniently located near Tokyo Station, making it easy to access. Additionally, they offer complimentary hors d'oeuvres, snacks, and a welcoming drink in the guest lounge during happy hour.

It was very close to the Tokyo Station which makes it easy to go in and out. Also very close to the Pokémon Centre which made my kids really pleased. Staff are very nice and accommodating.

Thin walls and not the cleanest

Noisy room, could hear everything from the guests next door as the walls are so thin. Cleaning was not very thorough, with many hairs on the floor. Breakfast was basic but efficient. excellent location near Tokyo Station.
