Nice room for family. Room was a little bit small, which is typical tokyo hotel but it is kne of the best hotel close to Ginza and Tokyo station area that could accomodate family of 4.

Stayed one night here with my family of four after arriving at Tokyo Station on the Shinkansen. Very convenient and easy walking distance from Tokyo Station. Staff spoke English and we had no problem arranging for a late checkout. Free snacks and beverages on the second floor. There was even a laundry washer/dryer in our room!

Cleanliness: 5/5 - All that I can ask for are clean linens and towels. Service: 5/5 - Friendly and hospitable staff. Comfort: 4/5 - The room had two beds and a daybed/couch? It wasn’t the smallest room I had this trip but was just a hair cramped. We made it work. The bathroom had a set of pocket doors that joined which was interesting. Noise: 5/5 - The hotel room was nice and quiet for us!

The Karaksa Hotel Colors Tokyo Yaesu is a new and modern hotel within walking distance of Tokyo Station. There are plenty of dining and shopping options close by which is very convenient. And since it is near Tokyo Station, there are plenty of transit options. The TV in the room was huge and good to watch shows on. The only negative was that the bed may be uncomfortable depending on your bed preferences. Otherwise the drinks and snacks in the afternoon/ evening were nice. I would stay here again .
