Very thoughtful property, with travellers needs well anticipated and met. Washer-dryer in room was what made this place stand out the most, not to mention the multiple shower options and generous complimentary snack and drink bar that runs from afternoon till late. This place, situated near the very busy Tokyo Station, is perfect for travellers who are seeking an all-in-one base location to travel in and out of. Staff are courteous and friendly, and speak good English. Only thing that took off some points was the odd placement of the WC, which was directly in front of the (large and comfy) beds. This meant that any time someone went to the toilet at night, people sleeping in the beds in front of the WC would be rudely awakened by the bright LED light shining in our faces. Other than that, this property is a rare gem in Tokyo. Highly recommend to visitors who need a fuss-free and very well-equipped place to stay.

This hotel is blocks from Tokyo Station so it's very convenient. However, it is small and good for stay over for next day flight or commute to another part of Japan. The staff is excellent and speak English.

The location is very close to Tokyo station. Rooms are very small and dark; windows on 10th floor look out into alley roof top. The bathroom is adequate but the toilets are either not properly cleaned and sewerage blocked. It smelled like urine our entire stay. We also stayed in the Osaka location and same horrible smell of urine daily in the rooms. We had multiple rooms and all were horrid.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Hotel Karaksa, the hotel is very family friendly, with a lounge that offers snacks and drinks, and a small playspace for the kids. It is conveniently located near the Tokyo Station and the Nihombashi area with lots of food and shopping options. The room was clean and spacious, with separate shower and toilet rooms.

Book this hotel right away if it fits your schedule!!! This is an amazing hotel. The area is very close to all the shopping area and food locations. It’s also very close to Tokyo station within seven minute walk the breakfast buffet is a must highly recommend it. The rooms were very clean and the shower and toilet were really clean as well. The staff there are very nice and pleasant. They helped us with umbrellas when it was raining and accommodated our very late check-in at 1 AM. highly recommend this hotel and establishment and will return next time

Great hotel, we loved having a washer dryer in the room for all the hot and sticky weather. The room was efficient and well planned. Our family of 4 with 2 adult children stayed here with no issues. Also loved that they had snacks and drinks available all day for hotel guests.We would definately stay here again.

There is not enough space in the room, no sitting area, we have to sit on the beds despite of the fact the room rate was comparatively higher for a triple room type, the cleaning was not adequate as I had seen dirts remained on the floor for 2-3 connective days.Other than that, the location is good as it is near the Tokyo Station within walking distance for 7 minutes

The hotel was quite good, very clean and organized with a nice afternoon and evening seating area offering drinks, food and snacks free of charge. The bathroom was if good size and it was great that the WC was separate with its own sink… The area around was a bit business like with limited shops but one mall Damaru and a department store Takashiyima.
