Very conveniently located 7 minute walk to Tokyo Station and less to local subway. Nearby Gina as well. Staff was very professional, kind and most helpful with any question and request. Rooms were good size and immaculate,

So close to tokyo central yaesu station...

It made our lives easier... so close to the tokyo station.. lots of convenient stores around the hotel.. my kids loved their snack bar... and the whole hotel was spotless... it was clean and smells so fresh all the time.. the staff were so kind and very accomodating..

The hotel is ideally situated close to Tokyo Central Station and Ginza. Minutes from anywhere, the guest lounge at the end of the day for snacks and saki was a welcome surprise. The rooms were very neat and clean and the staff were extremely helpful

This is newly renovated cute hotel. My stay was nice except the smell from the sewer. I smelled rag the whole night and was wondering what it is during sleep. In the morning I found both the sink and the shower smelled the sewer so bad.

The hotel is conveniently located, and a great option to crash at for our last night in Tokyo before a morning flight. 4 of us could stay in one room which made it a lot more affordable. Staff were extremely accommodating; we had to leave the hotel before breakfast opened so they prepared us a take away box that we could collect in the morning.
