We had one of the family suites and it was very comfortable. The size was decent for Tokyo. The staff were amazing - going out of their way to help. Free snacks and drinks available. The location was perfect for getting around including the airports

This hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful (and spoke English) It was only a few blocks away from Tokyo Station so it was very convenient for taking the Shinkansen and the station had a lot of stores and restaurants.

The room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, only 5 minutes walk to Tokyo station so we had no issues bringing our luggage there to board our Shinkansen. Staff was friendly and their lounge with complimentary snacks was one of the highlights. We stayed at many hotels in Japan and this was the only hotel that had this, appreciate it very much. We were travelling with our 5 year old so the only thing I wished they had was a bathtub but other than that, the shower for the adults were great! We loved the waterfall shower head. We will definitely book this hotel again.

Decent size room, with its own Washing/Drying machine, though our room had no view or natural light so was a bit on the dark side. Shower,toilet and other facilities was great though. The free snacks and drinks were a highlight and much enjoyed. Buffet breakfast was good, simple but good enough for what you need.

The staff were hospitable and accommodating to our needs. We were able to leave our small suitcases as our check in was much later during the day, and they brought it to our room. They also received our Yamato luggages for us, which were safely waiting at the reception area when we finally checked in at 10pm. They upgraded our room from a King Double to a Comfort Wide Twin and included breakfast the following day. They also have free snacks between 1pm-10pm at their lounge, as well as sake tasting for their guests. The hotel is walkable to Takashimaya, Tokyo train station, Airport Limousine terminal, Ginza line, Lawson. Great location. Will certainly recommend to anyone.
