Great location. Walking distance to Ginza and Tokyo Station. The room is nice and clean. Beds are comfortable in the 2×king sze room. The 2nd floor lounge is cozy, with delicious snacks and free Japanese wine (one cup per guest with checkin).

This was a wonderful property in a fantastic location. The hotel itself is very clean and offered some great amenities, like the in-room washer/dryer, which was super convenient. The nightly free drinks and snacks offered on the 2nd floor were a nice little bonus, and the staff was very helpful and courteous. The rooms were a little small, but that's to be expected in most Tokyo hotels. The beds and pillows were very comfortable though. The location was great because it was super close to Tokyo Station, and unlike other popular areas like Shinjuku or Shibuya, it was relatively quiet at night which we found great. I highly recommend this hotel!

Pretty big room that comfortably accommodate family of 4. It's easily accessible to the trains so very convenient to get around. The staff is very nice. They held our bags for us since we arrived prior to check-in and brought them up to our room when we returned.

Great experience, great locations

First time in Japan with a family of e. Our 6-year old slept in the bed with us. There is amazing access to Tokyo Station (main station) with direct service to both airports and all sorts of various events. Safe area, I was comfortable being out here after dark. This is a high end area with a lot of stores, shops within and restaurants in walking distance. All hotel rooms in Japan are compact, but Effecient. There was a cubby big enough to store a full size and carry on suitcase. We stored the rest on the couch. Hotel is very clean and you can tell it is high class. Staff is friendly and helpful. We would stay here again, we are very happy with the accommodations l.

Property is close walking distance to Tokyo Train station. Lots of food and shopping options in the underground mall close to hotel. The hotel has a lounge floor that has free snacks and a nice play area for kids. Did not like how dirty and dusty the rooms were. We had two connecting rooms and both were fairly dusty especially around the curtains and bedding. Sheets had stains from previous users, both of our bathrooms smelled really stinky compared to other hotels we stayed at while in Japan, we requested the hotel staff to clean the room again when we first entered because of the smell but it persisted even after the cleaning was done.
