Modern, comfortable hotel a short 5-min walk from Tokyo Station. Perfect amenities for your stay, plenty of dining and shopping options within a few minutes walk in every direction. Plentiful transportation options - subway, taxis, Uber, and buses. And an excellent place to stay nearby if taking the Shinkansen from Tokyo Station in any direction. I enjoyed our brief stay - single overnight as we were headed south into the country the next day - but another great hotel in our list of places to stay in Tokyo
Even though the hotel is clean and staff are very nice and tbey provde amenities, the roooms are too small. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers and there was barely any space for our luggage. The shower enclosure is tiny and so is the sink area, no hooks anywhere(on the walls) to hang wet towels and definitely no space for our toiletries. We only stayed one nigh(for our last night) as we needed to be close to Tokyo station to jump on the Narita express the next morning to head to the airport.

Super great location. Walkable to Tokyo Station a total plus. This hotel is strange though. We were staying with two adults and three children. The hotel gives off strange vibes and maybe this is common in Japan but the other two hotels we stayed at were not like this. It's giving prefab, trailer park vibes. While being super clean the ceiling is rather short in all areas of the hotel. The walls aren't walls? They're like metal storage systems or something. The rooms lack carpet which was super nice and we were given two adjoining rooms which was amazing. The bathroom in the main room was a joke. You had to open the shower to be able to sit on the toilet and you couldn't sit comfortably because you would hit the toilet paper roll on the side. The shower was scary, so claustrophobic that I didn't even attempt it. I showered in the adjoining room which was way more spacious. The view out of the window gave off coffin vibes because you found yourself staring at a wall that was two yards away. It was the most expensive of the hotels that we stayed at in Japan and I'm assuming we just paid for the location which was convenient. The staff was friendly and they offered a coffee machine and snacks in the lobby which my kids loved. The hotel was fine but if you're sensitive to weird vibes maybe look elsewhere.
Super close to Tokyo Station. Rooms have what you need and bathroom is separate for the shower which is a plus.
Nothing fancy but decent size for family or 3 and offer 3 Bed option. Tatami room looked roomy also
Being near Tokyo station worked very well for us coming from Hiroshima and departing back to the states. Also had easy access to Ginza neighborhood. Staff was very helpful and the bed was BIG.
Convenient for one night in Tokyo - staff was nice and room functional
Did not love the fact that we moved one bed and the area under wasn’t clean
Shower and rest was clean
had a very pleasant stay here.
extremely convenient as walkable to Tokyo, Nihonbashi. 2 convenient stores nearby, multiple eateries.
comfortable bed, they even have a hard and a soft pillow for you to choose.
everything works and is functional
staff are friendly and speaks English
i will not hesitate to book this hotel again for my next trip to Tokyo.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to both Tokyo Station and Nihombashi Station. I would stay there again. The snack station was great to come back to at night.
