Close to Tokyo Station, friendly Staff. They offer icecream bars at night and select beverages in the lobby until midnight. They only have 4 washing machines for the entire building, would recommend adding another or having a system to show guest when the washer/dryers are free.

Location is great - handy to Tokyo Station, almost central to most attractions/activities in other suburbs. The complimentary snacks/lollies/drinks/tea & coffee made a great hub for our family/travel group to meet or debrief. The staff were all so helpful and lovely - they were even able to phone restaurants and make bookings for us, due to speaking in Japanese. The only downside to the hotel, is the laundry facility has 4x washer/dryer - whilst cycle is cheap, and runs for 2hrs, it only works well if you fill it halfway, otherwise you run it for an extra 1-2 hrs till it's dry. Family friendly hotel - highly recommended.

The staff were amazing and very accomadating. Very convinient to tokyo station and nearby restaurants and additional transportation if needed. Beds and room itself were comfortable. Planning a visit sometime in May and will be staying here again.

They have free soda, tea, coffee, latte, ice cream , snacks at the ground floor from 10 am until midnight. Free toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste, towel for scrubbing, hair ties, brush and comb, shaver and shaving cream even a free Decorte (facial care) at the lobby. They also have a laundry area as well. Area is safe and convenient since it is outside Tokyo Station. There is an airport limousine service at Tokyo station going to Haneda/ Narita. If you check in early, they can store your luggage and place it inside your designated room once your room is available.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the sheets were spotlessly clean, which made for a really restful night's sleep. We also received pajamas that were incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Although the view from our room was just another building, if you don’t mind the scenery, the room itself was fantastic. One of my favorite features was the bathroom and shower being separated; with four people sharing the space, it was very convenient to be able to use each half independently without any hassle. The location couldn't have been better—so close to Tokyo Station, making travel so easy. It was also within walking distance to all sorts of transportation options and shopping areas, which made exploring the city very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for comfort, convenience, and its prime location!
