Karaksa is conveniently located between both Tokyo and Nihombashi stations which made getting around very easy. The 4 bed set up was great for our family of 4. The lobby offered free drinks and small snacks each day from 10am-midnight. There was also complementary amenities like shampoo/ body wash/hair ties/toothbrushes etc. Everyone was very friendly as well. Great place to stay!

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—perfect for a relaxing night. One of the best surprises was the free snacks available throughout the day. It was such a thoughtful touch and really added to the convenience, especially after a long day of travel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. Overall, a solid choice for a short stay with a little extra hospitality!

Fair price, great service, fantastic location.

Hotel with great location, great service. It’s roomy for Tokyo, but tiny for elsewhere. They will hold your suitcases for you. There are many conbini in the area. You can use the Yaechika to travel underground to Tokyo station and save yourself from the elements. My favorite room is their family room for 6 but they don’t have many so it’s difficult to get. They have a snack and drinks area from 10 am to midnight and it’s free. They also offer useful free amenities. Fantastic quiet part of town to take a break from the busy parts of the city.

Great location! Wish I could’ve stayed longer. Down the street from Tokyo Station (5 min walk). Station has shops and dining options as well as convenient transportation. 7-11 around the corner from hotel. Excellent service from hotel staff. They will hold your luggage.
