Good times in Tokyo
Excellent time in Tokyo at this hotel. In a good location in Shinjuku that’s far enough away but closer enough to be convenient. Breakfast was superb. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We slept great here. Solid location. Plenty around to do. A small gym good enough for a light workout with some small weights and cardio equipment. For such a large hotel I was pleasantly surprised but the quality.

Marvelous luxury property in a fun area
Exquisite hotel in a fun area with marvelous breakfast and happy hour on the 45th floor. The staff can't do enough for guests, and the hotel is busy but calm. We loved our four-night stay.

Stayed at the Premier Grand rooms and cannot say enough of how excellent the front desk staff were on the 45th, particularly Gene who was very helpful all throughout our stay. Club lounge access was wonderful with daily breakfast buffet, afternoon and evening hors d'oeuvres and beverages served. It is evident that staffs are well trained as they go above and beyond in providing outstanding customer service.

Excellent hotel in Tokyo.
We booked a room situated on the Premier level and were extremely happy that we did. We enjoyed all the benefits that came with the Premier level including the larger room, food and beverage and the access to the higher level lounges. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood but easy has easy access to transportation.

Fabulous hotel with attention to every little detail. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the room was great. Make sure that you have a reservation at any of the many restaurants, otherwise you will be out of luck. Walking distance to many train lines.

you would expect car access to be polite and cordial and treating patrons accordingly since you’re paying for Club access but that is not the case. Club manager was not very friendly and kept asking for my Club access card even though he had seen me a few times before . my family arrived a few days later he acted as though he didn’t even know me when I was checking them in. Unfortunately don’t think the Club access is really worth it for this hotel. the people checking you in did not go over club access amenities and i had to earnestly search for what club really included.

Fabulous stay
Amazing experience at this hotel. It was clean, safe she the staff, friendly. There were laundry facilities and the light show was spectacular. Only negative was that the pool was out of commission which we didn’t k ke until we arrived.
