My husband and I loved our stay. The Keio Plaza Hotel was convenient to us in many ways. We were in walking distance from Shinjuku Train which we used everyday. There were many places to eat cheap rather eating at the restaurants in hotel which we thought was expensive. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice. I would choose this hotel again. This is an amazing hotel. Top 3 hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The food was unbelievable. Definitely do breakfast and try the tempura. The bars put so much care and effort into the drinks. The views from the sky lounge are incredible. I will 100% be back.

Having breakfast at Jurin did not feel like having breakfast at usual hotel chain. Staff service is poor, keep on staring at guests when they are eating, breakfast buffet has limited choices for the price paid, not worth it.

I often heard that Japanese hotels have small rooms, but I was very satisfied with the spacious rooms here. And the staff is very friendly and professional. However, it was a bit inconvenient to walk to the Shinjuku shopping mall or department store.

Traveling with children so they can’t wait to eat at proper time but hotel wouldn’t allow us to feed them food or snacks anywhere except outside or in the room . We already checked out so couldn’t go back to our room . We paid to stay at the plaza lounge because our flight was at night but couldn’t eat there also except waffles that they sold. Not children friendly hotel.

Clean, Quiet and Comfortable
This hotel was in a great location and had everything we needed for our first time in Japan. It was clean and quiet and the room was spacious. The rooms are a little bit dated but this did not deter from the comfort of our stay. The mattresses were a bit firm so that may be bothersome to a few folks but I was very satisfied overall with our time here!
