We stayed in 5 different hotels during our trip and this bed was by far the most uncomfortable. We asked for an extra comforter/blanket but were ignored. The room was damp even with the dehumidifier running. Kept finding hairs from previous occupants. AC was limited. And the staff members in the lobby during our check in was trying to rush us even though it was self check in and we had to wait for the kiosk to scan our passports.

Very convenient location to multiple Tokyo metros and Yamanote JR line, excellent problem solving as I lost my usb type C converter and worried about recharging my phone overnight, reception quickly found me an additional adapter which resolved my overnight concern , will book again if coming to Tokyo again in future, nearby has a lot of convenient stores

I had several flea bites from the stay. Every night i got back to the room my legs were itchy and found several bug bites. The hallway smelt like cigarettes in the evening.

This hotel is very convenient. Although the room was small, it has everything you need! Plenty of lighting to fit your need for makeup and dressing up mirror and even an air humidifier! really nice bath tube with water pressure to relieve pain from walking! It has all the details a nice hotel should have and its self serve check in is just so simple! Next time I’m in Tokyo, I will select the Keio Presso Inn hotel chain again! Highly recommended for solo traveller!
