Overall the hotel was very conveniently located and a good place to stay when access to Tokyo station is important. The less appealing aspects were as follows: 1) The mattresses were too firm, 2) The hotel is hemmed in on three sides by other high rises so there was only a view of another building only a few meters away, 3) The self check in system was inefficient and required attendants to assist in order to get two room keys.

Solo Traveler

The hotel is in a great location. You can walk to several subway stations and Tokyo Station. There is food in the area. The people are so kind and the checkin was easy. The breakfast was really delicious. The room is clean and comfortable. The bed is a little hard but not enough to be uncomfortable. You can log in to your Netflix on the TV. Its really convenient that they have laundry, microwave, and vending machines with soda & beer. The room is rather small, so its ok for a solo traveler or couple with 1 suitcase but if you have a lot of luggage i wouldn't recommend. Overall i really enjoyed staying here.

Extremely Clean and Functional Room

Super attentive staff. Great rate. Space will be tight if you're used to North America but par for the course in this area of Tokyo. Located about 1 block from the connecting mall to Tokyo Station. Highly recommended breakfast option (buffet style but almost everything is served in individual servings).
