The staff were friendly and very helpful. The walk ability to Tokyo Station is excellent. The beds are a bit firm for our preference but were great quality and we slept just fine. A great option for access to the station or for the first night after a long flight.

Absolutely fantastic hotel in all terms. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The room size is small, but there are no complaints at all, as you can easily store the unused large suitcases and the bed, and the entire space is yours to use. One of the best coffees in rooms. We didn't opt for breakfast, so no comments on that. Very quiet rooms, despite being in a busy location. Access to the station is walkable, even with big luggage. Restaurants nearby are good, but an early dinner is better as you've to wait if you go late. There are also many convenience stores nearby. I will definitely stay back next time.

The hotel room is small and the view from the window is the wall of the next building but clean and had S all the amenities that we needed. Hotel is convenient located with three station nearly. It is very close to Tokyo Station and has an underground shopping mall within minutes. Ginza line is minutes walk from it. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back and would recommend this to anyone.
