We found this property to be very convenient for shopping and getting around Tokyo. We had a view of the Sky Tree but not able to see it very well due to the location of our room. The room was smaller than we were used to but clean and comfortable. We loved the breakfast options and the staff was very friendly.

The location is every good: close to subway station, convenient stores, shopping center, and restaurants. It is safe to walk even at night. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room has everything you need to stay: bath soap, shampoo, and slippers. You can get tooth brush, comb, and shaving cream at the counter. The only drawback is no closet. Also, like most laundry facilities in Japan, it takes very long time to wash and dry clothes. It's almost double the time of what I do at home.

A basic and clean standard room for short stay to shower and sleep. Room is quite small and cramp (quite typical for budget Tokyo accommodation) but is quite well maintained. Reception staff are friendly and efficient. Basic amenities are provided. 1 min walk to train station with plenty of dining options. Taxi stand nearby. Will recommend if you are on a budget.

Fantastic Location

Great location, easy check in and check out. Attached to a Kura Sushi, the mall is next door for lots of eating options. Lots of convenience stores near by and things to eat, very easy to get to from the airport (one train) and lots of good transit connections including a direct bus nearby to Disneyland and Disney Sea. Would definitely stay here again.

Great affordable hotel next to Tokyo Skytree. When Apple Maps says to use Exit A1 from the subway, trust and follow, no matter what you think. Go down the steps, under the tracks. Brings you up adjacent to the hotel main entrance.

Very convenient location. Shopping is nearby, lots of food near the location. Tokyo Skytree is literally right there. Transportation to airport was just the train that goes straight to Narita which took about an hour or so. I would recommend to stay here, I enjoyed it overall. Our rooms were decently sized for Tokyo standards and I don't really have any complaints overall
