Amazing stay in Shinjuku. Travelling from Australia. Extremely large rooms. Attention to detail was outstanding. Twice daily service. Dining/breafast was fantastic with two course and breads each day included. Staff extremely helpful, pleasant helped with cans/uber. Overall simply the best stay! Highly recommend.

Fabulous hotel! The staff are very friendly and professional. There are excellent food options if you’re looking to stay in and relax. Great location with proximity to Shinjuku proper and Shinjuku station- making it very convenient to the majority of Tokyo. We had a beautiful room with very comfortable beds and a lovely view. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful hotel in a great area of Tokyo.

Great rooms with lots of amenities (welcome brownies, coffee, tea, minibar, slippers, robes, umbrella, etc). Bicycles are available through front desk. Hospitality hour is held nightly with wine, sangria, sake with appetizers. The concierge was extremely helpful. The hotel is about a 9 minute walk from Shinjuku station. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Awesome staff!

Everything was near perfect for my stay. The staff was wonderful in every way and helped with getting cabs, room service and storing luggage until I was ready to depart. The hotel is in a great location and easy to navigate from. I'll be staying here again during my next trip to Tokyo.

The staff was so accommodating and helpful including the concierge, Mari. The room was clean and pretty with delicious bed, pillows and comforter. The shower was great and the towels were super fluffy. We enjoyed the beautiful gym and ate at both restaurants which were excellent. Hotel is located walking distance to lots but kind of a busy commercial location. But we loved the Kimpton.

We really enjoy the personal service at the Kimpton, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This hotel was a 10 minute walk from Shinjuku station. The room was small-ish (as expected in Tokyo) but well-appointed and comfortable.
