I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a grocery store, many restaurants and the train station that will get you straight to metro Tokyo with little fuss. The staff were very nice, room was always clean and the amenities were first class in my opinion. The next time I am in Tokyo, the Kuretake Inn will be my first choice because all of the above reasons.

The staff was every nice and extremely helpful especially when it came to using the luggage delivery service. Even thought there was a languages barrier that didn't stop them from providing excellent service!

Not great. Definitely twice as far from Disneyland as Hotel.com advertises. It is also in a really run down area of Tokyo with nothing around for shopping or even good places to eat. The bathroom was the smallest I experienced in all my time in Tokyo and it also always smelled like feces. The lady in the breakfast restaurant was rude and wouldn’t take card payment even when she had the terminal.

Close to subway and McDonalds for a late night snack after a long day of seeing the city. Room is very small and the window didn't open which made it get stuffy really fast. Overall, it did its job and provided a place for us to crash while visiting Tokyo.

The property was clean albeit slightly small, the location was good near a arcade. They have a weird cleaning time of 1000-1600 where you cannot return to the room but as a tourist you are always out so it’s okay. Can stay again.

Everything is ok. Room space is just enough to move around but you just need a bed. One problem is the smell of the room. It smells like smoking. Bring air freshener if you like to stay here.

I spent 10 nights here on my first trip to Tokyo and LOVED it!! Super friendly staff w somebody at the front desk 24 hours a day. 2 minute walk to the Shinjuku line which takes you directly to Akihabara and Shinjuku in 30 minutes w no transfers. Grocery store, convenience stores and an arcade on the same block. River walk and parks less than 5 minutes in any direction. I highly recommend if first time or returning and looking to check out a diff part of the city. I wish I could give it 10 stars!!

The Kuretake Inn in Edogawa, Funabori, was very clean with friendly, multilingual staff. Despite staying in a room intended for smokers, it never had the lingering odor of smoke which was a very pleasant surprise. The bed was very comfortable. The amenities on offer were also helpful and welcome, but for other things I needed that weren't provided, the Kuretake Inn is within walking distance of a grocery store, multiple restaurants, and the Funabori station. I would stay here again, in future.
