Very efficient and helpful staff. On checking in, we asked staff to help booking a taxi to the airport on checking out 2 days later to catch an early morning flight to Australia. That morning, right on checking out time 5:00am, a lady staff at the reception personally took us down all the way from the hotel lobby on level 16 to the taxi at the waiting bay. What a service! Deserve a 10/10 marks. Much appreciated - Thank you.
The Hotel is amazing. Breakfast was nice. Room was great. Bathroom was like from a cruise ship but it was usable.
The only downside was every time we came through to our lift to the room, the smell of cigarettes was very strong. Including our room which was a nonsmoking room. Due to the hotel having a specific dedicated room for smokers near the breakfast area and table tennis. So the smell was very strong. But I would still recommend this place. The train is directly under the Hotel, restaurants right next door, I can recommend the Arijo - Seaside Oval Garden restaurant and a very big grocery shop is there too. I would stay here again for convenience, close to train and groceries.
Disappointing hotel, though primarily because other reviewers praised it so highly. Anonymous style. Not particularly welcomed anywhere. A bit odd.
Breakfast was said to be good for westerners. No, certainly was not. All food sitting practically cold in usual containers with lids left open permanently. Never saw anything replenished. Gave up in the end.
Room: air con a bit weak but just about enough. Beds too hard for us so never slept well.
Not the hotel's fault but the metro (Rinkai line) is private. Pricier. Was easier to walk 14 mins to other nearby station for better connections and cheaper tickets.
But shops in complex below handy for sure.
Sorry, would not stay again for all the reasons above. Sadly, you do lots of research but sometimes you can't uncover everything that wouldn't suit us. A personal review, but trying to be helpful. Choose here because it makes sense to you, only.
Stayed here many times. Mainly for location & convenience. There’s a decent number of cafes & eateries nearby. Aeon mall & supermarket is a big plus. Lawson downstairs. Rooms are comfortable but starting to show signs of aging. No frills hotel. No bottled water or skincare. Love their breakfast. Very healthy & clean tasting.
The reception is on the 16th floor, and you can enjoy the view through the glass windows. It’s beautiful. There are plenty of sofas near the reception, and you can have water or coffee while waiting to check in.
The room is also very clean, and the bathtub is spacious enough to soak in comfortably. I’m very satisfied with my stay. I’d love to come back again.
Our rooms had the ocean view and it was splendid, esp. during sunrise. Hotel location is next to Aeon and easy access to shinagawa seaside station, so it’s very convenient. It has konbini downstairs and also around the buildings. The room is decent size, a tad bigger than most hotels in Tokyo, could fit a couple of luggages big & small opened and we still have room to move around. Staff were very helpful and kind. We loved our stays there.
I like this hotel, I love to stay next time.
I would suggest to update parts of room
1. Ventilation in Bathroom
2. Electric Plugs on nightstand
3. Air conditioning control (Cannot control if it's turning on AC or Heat)
4. Harder bed mattress
5. One Handle Faucet, easier control
