I was so happy Mercure provided free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. They gave such clear instructions in terms of what to do and how to get on the shuttle. Upon arrival, the hotel was so beautifully decorated and the rooms had everything we needed, including amenities that I didn’t pack. It was provided without me needing to ask. I wished we would’ve stayed a bit longer but we had to check out the next day to get to our destination. Highly recommend.

The property is attractive and well maintained. My room was spacious and comfortable, and the blinds kept the room quite dark, which is important in Tokyo, where it is quite light out well before 5 AM. The breakfast was excellent. The bus to the airport is easy to find and left right on time. It was an excellent stay. The only negative is that if you want to have a nice dinner near the hotel, you really can't. You have to walk back to the closest subway station and ride closer to Tokyo. Again: nice hotel, downscale neighborhood. But I would stay here again with a morning flight out of Haneda.

Hotel is super modern and clean. Located only a couple of stops from Haneda airport. Great overnight stay for when we landed in late night. Convenience store opposite the hotel came in handy for our late night snack

This Hotel was amazing ! I would definitely stay here again. Very clean with room service everyday, not like once every few days in the states. The only think I didn’t care for were the bar hours lol we were hoping for later options but that was not a deal breaker, I loved this hotel.
