We stayed overnight between the domestic and international flights. The hotel is still new. It has enough space considering other hotels in Tokyo. It takes 7-10 min by a taxi. the hotel offers a shuttle bus which could take 20-30min depending on which terminal you are traveling to.

super clean, quiet. Shuttle service really convenient. Check in super easy and quick, and staff nicer compared to other hotels in the area that I've used. Best black out curtains I've ever seen in a hotel. Will use again in the future for sure.

Description of the airport shuttle was not clear on the mobile app. It indicated airport pickup started at 5:30pm and didn’t indicate airport drop was only in the morning, the main reason I choose to stay at this hotel. Staff was not knowledgeable of all transportation options and shopping options in the area and to be frank not friendly. Also when making reservations, price changed within minutes and I ended up paying the higher price. Customer service was not able to assist in at least changing to the premium room for the price I paid for the superior.

My experience at this hotel was amazing! The staff deserves a special mention, they are incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The modern design of the rooms is impressive, offering both comfort and style, making my stay feel luxurious. The breakfast is outstanding, so complete and delicious, it truly exceeded my expectations. The overall atmosphere is wonderfully tranquil, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The only downside is the lack of a laundry room with washers and dryers, which would have been convenient. However, everything else was so perfect that it hardly impacted my stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and hope to return soon!
