Room amenities were excellent. Kettle, tea, coffee, hairdryer slippers, pajamas provided for use. Good free wifi. Room was a good size, very clean, bed comfortable and staff helpful. We stayed here our last night in Tokyo. They provide a free shuttle bus to Haneda airport. It is 15 to 20 minutes away from main tourist area's in Tokyo but closer to Yokohama. 4-5 minutes walking distance from a metro station.I would stay here again.

The staff were friendly and helpful despite me knowing very little Japanese. The rooms were kept clean and amenities were replaced every day, I was traveling solo so I didn't even need to request for anything. The room was comfortable and the AC was a good relief from the hot temperature. The hotel is near 7-Eleven and Lawsons, so I never had to worry about getting last minute groceries or cash. I only noted 2 downsides. There's no laundry machines, so you have to go down the road to a nearby laundromat and pay to wash your clothes. The other downside is it's not really near a JR train, so if you get the JR pass your options are to still pay at Otorii station or walk like 20 min to Seibijo station to use the Tokyo Monorail. Getting to and from Haneda Airport was super easy with the shuttle though, which was a huge plus for me. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend it.

Room was very clean. Even if you can’t get the king bed the 2 twin bed room is still great because they are pushed together. Bathroom was awesome! Stand alone shower. Room was bigger than expected
