Overall I enjoyed my stay. The washer and dryer was a big plus. The closest subway station is around 8-10 min walk. It is a 15 min walk to senso-ji and the busy shopping area which is very convenient. I had a slight issue with the checkin process and it didn’t find my reservation on the self serve system - lucky there was a staff on site at that time. Most of the time you do not see anyone. The room felt a little cramp and had a motel feel at first. But can’t complain for that price and location

Modern and clean apartment in a good location, we had everything we needed to enjoy Tokyo and its amenities. Reception is remote, but they are very responsive. I appreciated the luggage locker at the entrance. Check-in time is strict.

Had a great stay as a family of 4, including two teenagers. Managed with two single beds, and two mattresses on a tatami mat. Great facilities, including great sized bathroom, separate toilet and laundry washer/drier in one a real blessing. Kitchen well resourced. clean linen, and whilst not daily service to room and serviced when requested, and weekly. Self check in a little confusing at first, but worked it out. Loved we could leave our luggage locked up if checking in early, or checking out late. Being on Kappabashi Street, lots of great shopping, a 7Eleven, FamilyMart and Aeon Supermarket all very close by, and Larger LIFE supermarket a 5 minute walk away. The beautiful Senso-ji Temple and it's surrounds a short walk, along with all its fun and fascinating laneways and shopping Alleys, so much to explore at the doorstep. Some great small, traditional and local restaurants just around the corner in the backstreets nearby. While train stations are not that close, buses that link to the trains are just a short walk away, and train stations are walkable but a little further away. Time to other popular parts of Tokyo, like Shinjuku about 40 minutes away by bus/train. Overall had a great stay and would be keen to stay here again if we were lucky enough to return.

Nice area to stay. Walking distance to Asakusa and very near to sub station. Property are clean and comfortable. Unfortunate incident is saw a huge cockroaches on the first day, my first time killing Japan cockroach LOL

I love that there is a laundry, dryer machine in the room. The room itself is big and comfortable for two people. The self check in and out process is also incredibly fast and convenient!

The front desk is via virtual assistance, so pretty useless. The water is not always hot, so you need to learn pretty quick how to operate the water panel- which it is only Japanese. The washer/ dryer combo is only in Japanese and even using Google translate, it was a challenge to get it going. It is FAR from a train station. And the fotos on the website are not accurate of how the rooms looks like.

I’m love its close proximity to the train station, only 14 minutes walk to the nearest station! Many dining and grocery options around the area. Only 14 minutes walk to Asakusa Don Quijote and other shopping options. And just a few minutes to Senso-ji Temple from there! I love this district!

Great accommodation for families. It's on the Kappabashi Main Street, walking distance to various train lines and Sensoji Temple. Wish the free cleaning service was more frequent. Other than that, our stay was stress free and comfortable.

Stayed for 7 nights with family. Nice place to stay. Safe and quiet around the neighborhood. Closer to a chinese restaurant, grocery (offers discounted food after 8pm) and convinience stores. Washer/ dryer, mini kitchen appliances and utensils are in the room. Check in and check out are online.

The stay was pleasant and comfortavle. Check in and check out is easy. I really like the laundry in the unit, it's very convenience in Tokyo hot summer. Location wise, not the best but okay. Few convenience stores around. Room is clean, bed are nice. I would stay here again next time in Tokyo.

Great for a short stay in Tokyo and for small families 4, easy to get there, good location close by two main metro stations Ginza and Hibiya line, closes to UENO train station, you don't need more. Apartment has everything you need in the city and a contemporary minimalist style we like it a lot.

Very close to Sky Tree, Asakusa, and Ueno. Easy access to trains, bus, taxis. One bus ride away from Narita Airport. Grocery stores and convenient stores nearby. Minn Kappabashi was clean, except for the air conditioner and the washing machine. There were towels, and socks under the washing machine and the AC was dripping water. Good thing there was a trash bin to catch the water. But overall my family and I had a pleasurable and comfortable stay. Will definitely come back!
