What a lovely and, dare I say it, a hidden gem! This hotel has so much to offer and since it's new, I feel the market hasn't caught on. This hotel is super clean and open within an excellent pocket of Tokyo - close to Tokyo station and underground lines. Very much enjoyed this hotel and the staff!

Clean, friendly, new
This hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, the rooms were very well laid out. We stayed in a room for two people and it was spacious and had a washer/dryer. The location of the hotel is excellent for shopping and dining. The public bath was a great experience and would recommend to anyone wanting to try a Japanese onsen.

New Mitsui hotel. Have public bath on the ground floor and most room have washer/dryer machines that you can ask for the detergent at the lobby for free

The hotel is brand new but lots of room features are not well implemented. The daily loud construction noises, the limited number of towels provided in room, full house keeping every other day only, the ‘eco’ paper products that requires you use more than otherwise due to being too thin. There are additional negatives in and out of the room itself across the hotel. I will be avoiding any Mitsui hotel properties going forward. If a brand new property can leave this much to be desired I can only imagine older properties being even less favorable.

The hotel was great in a perfect position too many shops restaurants and bars. Public transport trains were within 5 minutes. My only feef back is the automated check in system on a machine like an ATM which is obviously designed to be efficient, however they were six or seven staff in the foyer welcoming people and guiding them thru the ATM so I thought that defeated the purpose.

긴자 츠키지 이용후기
츠키지 시장과 엄청 가까운곳에 위치되어있고 긴자도 걸어서 10분정도 갈수 있는 곳이었고 무엇보다 하네다공항에서 게이큐선을 타고 왔을때 한번도 환승없이 바로 히비야 긴자 역 6번출구로 바로 나올수 있는 가까운 위치에 만들어져있더라구요. 새로 지은 호텔이라 깨끗하고 정갈했어요. 다만 숙소에 들어왔을때 창문이 블라인드처리된 창문이고 문을 열수도 없어 밖을 볼수 없다는 생각에 좀 답답했어요. 사우나도 깨끗하고 사용하기 편리하게 해놓았습니다. 살짝 아쉬웠던건 수건을 안가지고 내려갔다가 그곳에 수건이없어서 당황하며 다시 객실로 수건 가지러 올라갔어야 했어요. 사우나쪽에도 수건을 배치 되어있었으면 좋겠어요.
