Lovely hotel, rooms are pretty spacious and well kitted out. Staff are very helpful and awesome. The hotel is well located for transport options and there’s a fantastic bakery on the ground floor. Had a lovely time, would definitely stay again.

Overall average experience. Nothing extraordinary and nothing terrible. I don’t like how they don’t stock your room with the basic toiletries and u need to use a communal space. Staff was just avg, didn’t explain anything about the hotel amenities or the communal we just figured it out on our own. Rooms were clean not very spacious but that’s typical in Japan. Location is close to transportation but that’s about it. Again not terrible and not great just an average experience.

Great hotel

Great hotel. The public baths are free, and the breakfast is really good. The hotel was so good, I almost wanted to just stay at the hotel instead of touring the city. That was short lived though because the train station is right next to the hotel, so getting around was super easy.

Staff was exceptional! Property was clean! Love that it’s not it the hustle and bustle directly, but if you walk 20 mins you are at Takeshita street in Harajuku. Near two stations. Walk a couple blocks and your in actual Japanese neighborhoods. There you can find local local spots at an even cheaper rate with no lines.
