This hotel is probably a bit more suited to Japanese salarymen. Rooms very small, shower in the bath, trouser press a plus but no iron in the room nor coffee machine. Pyjamas come with the room. Used and hopefully laundered. That was a bit odd.

Location was good but room was a little disappointing. We got a queen bed but one side was against the wall. This was not obvious in the pictures so would have been nice to know as I could have made a better informed decision. Price point was not to bad so perhaps to be expected. It also looks like more business people stay here rather than tourists.

Extremely convenient for getting around Tokyo because the subway entrance was only a 4 minute walk. Various places to eat and all within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

This really was a lovely well run establishment. The? Front desk was incredibly helpful and delightful to deal with. A fabulous museum across the street. And always appreciate a refrigerator in the room. Was very comfortable

We had an excellent stay in this super convenient hotel. It’s a short walk to Tokyo station and the Kyobashi station, or a longer walk to Ginza. The staff is incredibly helpful.

We chose this because of the proximity to Tokyo Station and onward travel plans. Checkin is on the 2nd floor and it’s about a 5 min walk from the station exit. Rooms are comfortable and bathrooms sizeable. Amenities are available downstairs and you choose what you want. You can get a late checkout for 2000 yen per hr. This was perfect for us. Price wise it is expensive to stay but we used a free night ($513 NZD which was going to expire) If we were staying again we’d go back to where we stayed when we arrived where the hotel was of a similar standard and $200 NZ cheaper per night. We don’t feel this hotel was really worth the big $ but it was convenient. Very comfortable bed, pillows, pjs provided. Jug, cups, teabags in room etc
