Didn't think this was a tourist hotel
Clean and comfortable room ! Liked a large public bath. Requires a room key to use elevator. Quiet considering this hotel had lots of tourists. Breakfast was very crowded in a small area. Pretty good breakfast but wished buffet item changed since we stayed multiple nights.

This hotel was in a clean and quiet area of Tokyo. It is in walking distance of several different subway stations so we could easily get to all areas of Tokyo. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The hotel is in a quiet area that seems to be more of a business district than residential area. But it was so quiet and pleasant, it felt residential. The hotel itself was very clean and pleasant. Staff were great and very helpful. There's a Lawson's right next door which was very convenient. And many eateries just a short walking distance away. I traveled with my husband and 12 year old daughter. Our room was set up with a third bed which didn't leave that much room, but that's to be expected in Japan. We would stay here again.

Great family hotel
This is a nice hotel with two super single beds and a comfortable sofa bed for our teen boy. Space is tight like typical Japanese hotel. We like that the hotel is nestled in a quiet estate. Pronto for breakfast, family mart if you need any snacks. Shimbashi for good food options just 10 mins away. Entrance to train station is a nice easy walk.

Breakfast was great! The room is extremely crowded, can’t put 30” luggage on the floor. The toilet paper is too low quality. 4 star hotel should have better toilet paper instead of one used in public area.
